Easy to use and comfort to hold. Very sharp it will last next 10 years. My wife do not want me to use her scissors for some BX reason. I know how to use it and will not drop it. Now I had my own tool to made some face mask for me only. She did made better face mask then me. But my was o.k too.

These were a really good price for the product. I’ve seen poor reviews of the Guggenheim, mostly saying that they’re overpriced. I think I paid $16 for these and I they’re still really sharp (I save them for my fashion fabric and use cheaper shears for mock-ups for my apparel sewing). These feel heavy in the hand and are very satisfyingly sharp. They cut beautifully through a few layers of fabric. I haven’t tried them on anything super thick. I mostly work with cottons and rayons. Would recommend.

There seem to be a lot of different sellers selling the exact same scissors under different brand names for quite a variety of prices, some with various extras. All of the parts looked exactly the same to me down to the contouring of the grips and bolt between the blades. I went with these as they were the cheapest of all the look alikes at the time and I didn't need any add-on stuff like thread nippers or measuring tapes.Quality is really good and have been using them to cut paper and packaging plastic with no issues. They are comfortable to me and have a nice weight. I cannot comment on how well these cut fabric as I mainly am using them as shop scissors. I'm quite happy with the purchase, especially for this price.

I finally replaced my dull scissors with this pair and I really like them. Makes fabric cutting a breeze. They are a little heavy but then again, they’re heavy duty so that’s expected. I would say that’s a minor issue though. I didn’t even think it was fair to loose a star over it. Overall, great pair of scissors for a good price. Go for it.

Very sharp, good size, seem well made and not designed to fail or wear out like so many things, decently easy to hold. Having been through several pair in recent years, these seem like the best I have bought for general household purposes.

Sturdy, feels good in your hand. Wind eerily blew the curtains the first time i held them. They have some strange, ancient power....and yet the glistening blades have escaped time's grimy clutches. I can hardly wait to begin cutting fabric....it's my destiny. That is clear to me now.

Good scissors. Very sharp. Cuts through fabric very easily, but they're very heavy so a bit awkward.

These are the best shears I have owned in 40 years! Until these arrived, I hadn't realized my ancient shears were, how dull and just inadequate. I love the weight, length, and sharpness of these shears. Will be able to pass them on to my adopted daughter!!
