It would be great if more people would invest in reusables. These are well made and look like they will last for years to come. Easy to wash.

I bought these to reduce waste with regular sandwich bags. They are a little large to use a bunch at the same time in my kids' lunch boxes...but I've ended up using them in my kitchen for open food that needs saving. Example: If your kids eat half a package of something, you can use these to keep the rest for later! These are also great to throw some snacks in for car rides, after school snacks, etc! Highly recommend!

UPDATE- 4/22/22 NOt only are they hard to open, they've gotten EXTREMELY difficult to close. Seemingly impossible at times. I'm seriously considering just going back to disposables.I recently decided to buy my own grocery, produce and sandwich bags and I am seeing a very big drop in my plasitc bag usage. I get the irony of buying plastic bags to stop plastic bag usage but of course, it's the reusability factor I was looking for instead of throwing them away every time. These are thick and seem to be of high quality but the seal is VERY tight meaning it can be a bit of a hassle getting them open which I suppose is a good thing if what's in there is liquid. But could also be a bad thing if what's in there is liquid because it could cause a spill. I have two other problems with them, tho, besides that. I live alone. I buy meat in 4 packs and was individually freezing them in sandwich bags (therefore, throwing a lot away). I used a permanent maker to write date, contents and weight. I can't do that with these. I first tried some reuseable lables written on with erasable marker. The marker came off and then what to do with the label when I take it off to wash the bag becomes a bit of a hassle. I tried the erasable markers right on the bag, but it didn't erase very well. I tried dry erase but on the bag itself, that didn't stay on, either. I tried dry erase on the colored area at the top and that seems to work ok but need some more testing to find the best. If these came with a way to write contents and wash it off for the next use, that would be a big improvement. The other issue is washing them. When I first got them, it was a bit of a mess. I bought several different sizes besides these and my kitchen was covered with bags on bottles and cups and things trying to open them up to dry inside. A regular kitchen towel doesn't dry them enough. It's not too big a deal now because I usually only need to wash a couple at a time and I bought some microfiber cloths to dry them inside easier. I can't speak to durability yet but all that aside, I like the bags a lot.

This is the second time I ordered these bags. They are durable and easy to clean. The only reason o had to reorder is that my 12 year old twins lost them at school. So no more sending them to school, but they are really the best for storing leftovers, sliced fruit and etc. I am now looking for gallon size so I don’t have to use disposable bags in order to store the meat that I freeze after I buy in bulk and freeze in meal sized portions.

I really love these bags! I was worried at first about using them for raw meat, thinking they might stink after and be difficult to clean by hand, but after a month I haven’t had any problems! Super easy to clean and I love that you can easily suck the air out to seal them tight to avoid freezer burn.

They look great, work well, and are everything that I was looking for but the lack of information included with the packaging concerns me. The information on the listing tells me what I want to hear, but I wish there was more information included with the packaging to really make me feel safe about the materials of the reusable bags that I plan to put my lunch in.

Each baggie holds a lot even though they vary in size. I also very much appreciate the fact that I got such a variety of sizes. The color coding makes it easier to remember what food I can fit into which lol. Overall satisfied with my purchase!!

I wish they were a little thicker, two of the bags are already leaking, and we only use them lightly. I hope to find another brand with more sturdy bags.
