I don't write product reviews often, but this mug is seriously the best. I bought it for about $9 which is an absolute steal considering its quality. I prefer this style of lid where it's open for sipping and haven't had any problems with spilling (except when one of my kids knocked it over, but that's a given). It fits into my cupholder perfectly, my metal straw goes through the lid hole no problem, and it really keeps my drinks hot/cold for a long time.I'm a teacher, and with my old mugs I would find my coffee to be ice cold by 2nd period if I didn't finish it fast enough. Now, my tea stays hot until lunch, and if I happen to leave some until 5th or 6th period, it's still warm! Also, the double walled design is one that actually works (unlike other double walled mugs I've had that I can still feel the heat of my tea through).I find 20oz to be the perfect size. I get compliments on my mug at work. I now can't imagine a day without it!

I really think this is a great cup for the price.pros*-looks great-keeps temps for a very long time-solid constructioncons*-there's no option to have a closed lid. I knew this when I bought it obviously but I've spilled coffee on stuff more times than I would like to admit.

Great product. I got the stainless 4 pack and am very pleased. Well built, keeps ice and drink cold for more than 6 hours. I sip ice tea and love that it stays cold without being diluted as the ice does not melt for hours. They are easy to wipe clean. The lids fit well and are easy to drink from or you can drink easily without the lids.
