By helping your child know what to expect in the coming school year, they’ll be ahead of their peers. The ‘Get Ready For Preschool’ book will help your child get ready to start preschool. This book teaches letter recognition, number recognition, counting, colors, shapes, opposites, rhyming, pencil control, and basic math. Your child will also learn how to follow directions while using this book. The activities are fun, colorful, and engaging. The pages in this book are perforated to allow your child to select the pages they want to do. You could also select pages to put into little “packets” or “booklets” to take on trips or in restaurants instead of bringing the entire book with you. There’s also a certificate of completion at the end of the book that your child can earn when they finish the entire book.

I have ordered SO many workbooks for preschool age. So many brands. Many of them have fluff in the middle and many wasted pages. Every school zone book I’ve purchased I have been beyond pleased with. So much material. Never a wasted page. Interesting and engaging. Perfect!

I used these type of workbooks with all of my kids to ease them into homeschool. It is a bit redundant but gets the job done. They all loved these books when they were around 4.

Really great book for young kids getting ready to go to preschool. My daughter just turned 3 and loves this book. That said, there are definitely some things that are new to her like phonics, which make this book a bit more advanced. It would be good to teach the sounds that letters make before or during this workbook, because otherwise they will be a bit lost on those sections. Overall an amazing book!

My three year old loves learning, reading, flipping pages, ect and these books are the best! We write and color together making learning so fun! We've purchased two work books and a flash card pack so far and will buy more!

We're halfway through this workbook and it has been great. Our little one enjoys "doing activities in the book".

大文字もちゃんと同じように練習できるのでいいと思います。本自体も大きいサイズで、文字の練習用の四線もかなり大きいので、就学前の小さなお子さんにちょうどいいです。phonicsだけでなく、形や、色などたくさんのアクティビティがあり、phonicsだけ欲しかったので、ちょっと余計でした。目的のアルファベットに辿り着くまで５０ページ近く別のアクティビティが続きます。アルファベット大文字と小文字一組につき、４ページずつ使う贅沢な作りです。１ページずつ切り離せるようになっていますが、特に使わず一冊の本の状態で使っています。全体的には、やっと見つけたタイプで、満足です。

日本の英語教材はカタカナで読み方を書いているものが多いのが不満で、海外のを買うことにしました。（和訳とかカタカナ変換をしないでほしい！という考え方）なぞる・塗り絵・迷路が多いので、日本人の3歳にも楽しめると思います。描かれてるものの単語を聞かせてあげながらやると良さそうですね。英語の反対語などが結構はじめのほうに出てくるので、難しいところは後回しにしたり教えてあげながらやればいいかなと。色んな遊びが入ってると言っても難易度が我が子に合うか分からないかと思い、写真を上げました。◆内容◆色→形→反対語→一緒に使う物→間違い探し→仲間分け→運筆→アルファベット★→始まりの文字→ライミング→数字→お金→足し算と引き算→足りない物探し→単語や物事の理解配分は写真のページ番号を見て参考にしてください。★1文字につき4ページ。大文字・小文字・塗り絵・迷路。4文字終わると4文字分をまとめた振り返り2ページ。全部終わるとA-Zの点繋ぎ。◆厚みについて◆厚みは1.3cmくらいでした。雰囲気は本を閉じた写真を参照。全ページ切り取れます。切り取らないで使う場合、手で押さえてもこれくらい盛り上がりますよーという写真も入れました。

4歳年少の子供のために購入しました。英会話はできますが、読み書きができないレベルです。迷路やABC練習、状況判断など、日本の4歳児用テキストの英語版といったところです。全てカラーで絵も可愛く子供も飽きることなくやっています。まだ読めないので親が隣で問題文を読んであげる必要がありますが、楽しく取り組めるので、小学生未満だったらちょうど良いと思います。
