Ben Sayers 2020 18 Hole Electric Golf Trolley + Free Accessories Worth £150

This was bought as a gift for my husband. He is very happy with this electric golf trolley and finds it easy to use and it enhances his enjoyment of his round of golf. It looks good and runs smoothly. The battery life is also good and more than allows for a full 18 hole round. He says it's just as good as more expensive trolleys he has tried.

Seems like a good buy so far. Pros I have got 36 holes out of the battery, easy to charge and install etc, Sturdy and looks good. Easy to control with adjustable speed etc and does the job. Cons the drinks holder I've taken off as it seems to unscrew it's self over time and it gets in the way when you fold it up. Can be a little bit fiddly when folding up/down but overall a good buy and would recommend. Cheaper than the motocaddy and does the same job. Hoping it lasts and doesn't fall to bits!

Really good trolley. Quite light to handle when getting in-out of the car, easy to assemble and the battery charges super-fast. One-touch stop/start feature makes it simple to operate. Great value and would recommend.

Very pleased so far with the electric trolley. I have some mobility problems and not having to carry, push or pull a bag or trolley is a huge benefit. The trolley is easy to assemble and store. Controls are simple. Battery charges in 2 or 3 hours and easily completes 18 holes. I bought hedgehog tyres as the ground has been so wet and muddy recently. The trolley cruised across the course and Caused a lot less marking. The trolley was so much cheaper than some of the big brands and so far has done a great job. The extras such as brolley holder work well but needs removal when storing the trolley.

Good trolley for the price, all accessories are included. The only complaint is the motor noise and the flimsy control panel in the handle, the on-off button cover was cracked the second time I used the trolley. I put some clear sticky tape on the button to stop water getting to the electronics.

I have been using the kart for several months now. It works really well. The battery is excellent, on one occasion I forgot to charge it, and it worked without charge on a second round. The seller was extremely helpful in dealing with a query. Their response was immediate, and they exceeded my expectations with the resolution. I actually bought a second kart as a gift for my father and recommend it to friends.

I don't normally leave reviews but people need to be warned about this trolley.The speed controller FAILED on this trolley after about 7 months. The seller sent out a replacement part for me to fit myself but wouldn't provide a warranty on the spare. Of course, less than a year later, it has FAILED AGAIN.It is clearly a design fault affecting these trolleys. (Mine was a Ben Sayers trolley but there are other rebadged ones out there that are identical e.g. Pro Rider, etc.) Some other people at my club have these trolleys and I have seen them with the screens hanging out and other bits falling off them.THE BUILD QUALITY IS CHEAP AND NASTY.I now have a trolley that I need to take to my local recycling centre.I would also avoid this reseller too. I value good customer service but I found that they only seem interested in their bottom line. GOOD LUCK PEOPLE!

I bought my trolley last November and have used it a lot, all through the winter too.Typical winter conditions with mud etc often caused the front wheel to get clogged and jammed with mud between the wheel and the mudguard. Poking at it with a stick is only partly effective in clearing it out. Summer conditions, it’s fine.A few times the screw holding on the front wheel has loosened and completely come out, awkward if the screw is lost and 3 miles out on the course. Once a new screw was provided by the manufacturer with the advice to regularly check if it needs tightening. An Allen key lives in my bag now.The on off switch cover on mine has now started to break, sticky tape required for me too! Battery power is excellent, I’ll get a few 18 holes from it, it’s only run out of power once when I’d forgotten to charge it.It’s my first electric trolley and as a low cost introduction to them it’s been good.
