Fabric is really thin. They sewed in a panel on the top in the front to help keep it from being see through there, and also sewed panels in just the front of the shorts. Doesn’t help much. I was hoping my 10 year old could use this on its own when we go to splash pads or on water rides at the amusement park, but as see through as it is, even dry and with the panels, she’ll have to wear a swimsuit underneath, so it almost defeats the purpose. It’s sad because it is super cute, and fits just right. (Bought a 10/12, she typically wears a 10). For the price, think it’s fine.

I shopped forever for a swimsuit for my daughter. I wanted a bright color so that she could be easily seen in the pool (no blue, teal, or green). I wanted full coverage of shoulders and tushy cheeks for sun protection and ease of movement. I did not want long sleeves (it's hot!). And finally, it had to pass the "cute" test so that she would want to wear it. THIS ONE! It met all my requirements, and is very well made. Fit is perfect. 100 stars.

Bought this to have a modest swim suite for my 12 year old and it is so thin you can see right through it even when your not in direct sun light.

these rash guards are perfect for my grandchildren when we are camping at the river, riding bikes, and tubing. They where them all day and a ball cap. This keeps much of the sun off their tender skin and grandmom not having to worry about much sunscreen. The fit is on the loose side which we feel is better than some of the other rash guards that fit very snug.

Loved the color and it fit my daughter well (size L fit like a 12/14) but its unlined. As soon as my daughter got out of the pool I was horrified to see that it was sheer

My daughter loves this swim suit. Even though I bought a size up, I feel the fitting is just right. I don't see it lasting over few months. I have a feeling my daughter will out grow this suit soon. My daughter wears size 12 clothing and I bought this suit in size 14-16.The material is great. And love the style too.

The top has a second layer on the chest area making sure it is not see through! The shorts could be a bit longer, but still considered modest.

She is 5 but on a bigger side. I buy size 7 to here in other common stores like carters. So i got her this size 7-8. Fits perfectly, shorts have some room for growth. Hope pictures will help you to understand how it looks in reality
