The base is hinged and is locked in place by three ring bolts, which also hold the lower part of the tree in position.The tree itself, comes in three parts, and is easy to assemble, simply slotting one into the other.The branches are hinged, and fall into place.I took my time carefully separating the leaves on each branch.I used...+ Benross 400 Multi-Coloured LED lights (as shown on the 6ft tree in the photo), ....but I have ordered another set, as I like lots of lights. (I think the tree will look best with between 600-800)+ Daniel James Rattan Base (Small, Brown) (W=57cm x H=28cm)If you register the tree on the manufacturer's website you get a 12 Year Guarantee.

I have had real trees all my adult life, after having a childhood where parents insisted on unreal and unrealistic ones. This year we are having lots of mods to the house, and so a real 7 footer seemed inappropriate. After a couple of weeks without any tree, we grasped the nettle and decided we'd get a fake tree to make it feel like Christmas anyway. We ordered this tree as it looked the most like a real one, and decided that it would eventually fit in our external porch with just lots of lights (no baubles) - 1000 of them. Well, what a brilliant surprise. It looked magnificent (and no needles for vac!). I am still going for a real one next year for indoors, but this will proudly stand in the porch for all passers by to appreciate. Highly recommended.

Lovely tree at a very reasonable price for the quality. Hardly any needles dropped in the process of putting it up which is rare, takes about 1 hour of fluffing from brand new but so worth it. Had lots of compliments!

I got this in a rush as Christmas is round the corner and needed a bigger tree for kid.Looks alright,not the best out there though.Assembly is straight forward.It'll do the job but it's not the best value for money I'd say. There's better looking trees out there for that money. Got this for the speedy delivery.

Very bushy looks fantastic easy to assemble. Bought 1000 leds lights fitted perfect very pleased excellent value delivered on time
