Sizes for women too!
I am a female with very small feet. I usually wear a size 5 sandals, 6 shoes and 7 running shoes. I got the XS and they fit great, not too tight and not too loose. I can swim a long time with them on without hurting my shins or feet. I am not a free diver but I’m an advanced snorkeled and aspiring free diver, these will be great for the transition to some carbon free diving fins

Good, but not best
Eh, ok if you are a beginner. Better options (and also worse) out there but good for the price. I had an issue with the foot pocket not flexing for my foot size. Went with actual free diving fins.

I like tusa products.
I have another tusa fins for 10 years. I loved them but tusa didn't make these fins anymore so I purchased Tusa Solla full foot fins. comfirtable to wear, nice size, not too heavy, i like it.
