I Like it But...
I like this washing machine...it's just that I've had a lot of issues with it. The nuts holding the motor on loosened and fell off. I managed to tighten two of them but can't find the bolt for the front one as I can't get my hand that far in. The drive belt has fallen off a couple times and is a pain to put back on due to limited space. The motor makes a loud ratcheting noise one way (and is quiet the other way) during washing. The spinner is great.Clothes are clean when done. Spinner gets the clothes very dry. I do like this machine but the problems I've had are a pain. I'm sure the neighbors hate the noise downstairs.

Amazing! I love this machine
Amazing! I love this machine. I recently had to move from a house to an apartment after a divorce and this was the only way I could deal with moving. Most places in Colorado either had a stacked W/D in unit, or hookups. I found a perfect place and there was NOTHING! Devastated, i found that there were portable washers -- and I was able to settle into my new place. My only quip is that the hoses are not very long so I had to stack my washing machine on top of a stepper in front of the sink! After several trips to home depot I found a proper hookup for both the intake and the drain hose so that I can keep the unit where I want (the hoses or the power cord are TOO SHORT!).Make sure you cut free the spin dryer before you spin! I thought the spin dryer was very good, it gets your clothes very dry. I also love how the programming can keep you from being around your machine, however I add fabric softener to the rinse cycle so I still wash and rinse in two programs. I also made a diluted spraybottle of fabric softener that I spray on my clothes while they line dry. I use 2 TBSP of cold water Tide (this makes my clothes washing FREE since i pay a flat rate for water, and no heat needed). I still long for a dryer because of time, but hanging clothes hasn't been so bad. Make sure you hang them properly.Even though my apartment has W/D on site (for coins), there's nothing like the convenience of having clothes being washed in your own home! I highly recommend this machine. I am planning on using my steam cleaner to remove wrinkles from the nice clothes I have until I can afford some kind of dryer, but clothes line drying has been fine. I even fit large blankets, queen sheet set, and tons of clothes! It's a really big drum.It may feel like more work to put clothes into the spinner ,and it is.... for one it's smaller so you have to do your single wash in multiple loads, but you get to WASH CLOTHES IN YOUR APARTMENT. Or your RV./ Or wherever! At your own leisure. It's not that much work considering it's not a washboard! My clothes come out a little linty but they are very clean. I was extremely impressed. Buy this machine! For the cost of what I was spending on laundry every week this more than pays for itself for the uninterruption in life and the convenience. PLUS -- WHO KNOWS what they've been washing in those other machines!

Broken on arrival and hard on clothing, but works.
Poor quality control, flimsy design and very hard on clothing. I had to fix this machine before I could finish the first load of laundry. The main motor wasn't properly bolted down and the motor fan damaged the wires going to the spinner motor (very loud clacking noise). I had to repair the wires and bolt down the main drive motor before I could finish the cycle. I still hear the fan click on the belt or housing under heavy load as it wasn't put on straight at the factory (or just warped to begin with). Photo is of the wire repair. I'm assuming these were supposed to be attached to the base like the others and I zip-tied them down after fixing an exposed lead with electrical tape.Update Feb 17th, 2017: After the initial repairs it has actually been a decent machine. Fyi: the option called "rinse" actually means "drain".

Great Little Washer......
I have had my washer since March 25, 2015.I really love this washer ! It cleans the clothes really well and after the spin dry they are only slightly damp. I have found it is more than adequate for our needs. We bought it for the RV and so far I have been able to wash every item I have needed to launder in it. There are two of us, and I have washed heavy winter things, thick jeans, sweats, sweaters and light summer wear. It has never missed a beat. Everything comes out cleaner than at the campground laundromats. I wash the sheets and pillow cases for a queen size bed; as well as the blanket and quilt separately of course. I can wash two nice size bath towels, two wash cloths and one hand towel in a load. Water has never leaked from the machine. One thing you do need to make sure of is to remove the clothes promptly from the washer side after it completes the last rinse. Once the machine finishes pumping the water, and the cycle completes, it seals the drain in the bottom of the washer. If the clothes are allowed to sit, the water in the clothes will drain into the washer and pool in the bottom.

More work than it is worth.
I am so no happy with this machine! All my clothes get twisted up together, it leaks on the bottom so I always have MORE laundry to do after I wipe up all the water on the floor, and the spinner won't work unless you have the clothes balanced exactly which takes multiple tries. I pretty much can only use it for underwear, socks, and small towels. I am giving up on it today and taking my clothes to the laundry room of my apartment complex. Even though this company has excellent customer service, I don't like this product. Hopefully they will come pick it up and give me a refund!

it's pretty
The import pipe does fit my laundry hookups in my new apartment. I have to manually fill the water in. Except that, it's pretty nice

Wonderful for the size!
It's simple to use, unlike other washers, it measures the water for me so that I do not have to monitor it. It does take some getting used to as far as how much detergent to use, etc. It cleans my clothes so well! We live in a fifth wheel and are able to keep it in our bathroom 24/7. I really had using RV park laundry rooms or taking the kids to a laundromat and this solves my problems. Also, my clothes dry very quickly and as long as you don't use too much detergent your clothes wont get stiff.
