This product really works well. I had foot surgery on Sept 15,2025 . He performed an osteotomy which was part of my bone being cut out. I have since stared seeing a new Dr. who repaired what that Dr. messed up royally. My new Dr. is quite impressed with how my bone is filling back in nicely and quickly. I am 72 yrs old and I have Osteoporosis .I am so pleased to see that that bone is almost completely come back in just 4 to 5 months. Great Quality d3 supplement with K's that was recommended by my doctor as an alternative to my current routine. This product contains two types of K's if you read the label. This product contains pure ingredients and you do not have to worry about containments. Very happy with it. Ease to use, no taste afterwards, good value (combo pill).

My blood test kept showing I was low for vitamin d. Ran this for three months and tested again and I’m back to normal.
