A very trusted brand for health care professionals and patients/Clients. Very easy to swallow due to the size of the capsule. Not only has this vitamin D proven to be highly absorbed and effective based off of blood work, but they also combine K1 & K2 which is a must. It helps educate where your calcium is directed so the vitamin D does not build up and cause kidney stones! Highly recommended by a this very satisfied doctor.

This has been one of the only extremely effective forms of vitamin D3 I have been able to take that does not raise my blood calcium levels, and also has provided the pro hormon support that I have needed for my immune system that provides a nice clean boost of energy. Designs for Gealth is an excellent supplement company and I use many of their supplements.

I give this Designs for Health B vitamin complex 4 stars. I've been taking it for about 2 months and have noticed very significant positive changes. After about 2 weeks of taking it, I started noticing that I had much more energy during the day and my overall mood improved. I definitely feel like this supplement has helped me perform better daily. Capsule Size: The only issue is that the capsule size is a bit large. Sometimes I find it a bit difficult to swallow. This is the only factor that takes away a star, as the effectiveness is excellent. Conclusion: This is a high-quality supplement. If you're looking for a B vitamin complex that will really help with your energy and mood, I recommend it. Just keep in mind that you'll have to deal with the size of the pill.
