Making my own Gym
I used these weights for my garage gym, as I made some Dumbells out of broom handles and Nuts and Bolts !!I have found out that Most weight training items have gone up in price. If available!! Taking the avantage ! ! or the micheal !! Also made my own cable machine and Bench press rack, Out of wood !!
