This vest is a great item to level up my workouts. The quality is great, no smell and it’s easy to adjust. Weight was perfect for my size and I went by the chart they recommended for my height and weight. It has some stretch to it and it actually really comfortable. I have added to my leg day workouts, walks and slower more controlled workouts. I’m so happy I purchased this !

I got the 12-pound weighted vest and I absolutely love it! It’s comfortable, fits securely, and definitely enhances my walks. I can really feel the extra challenge, but it’s not too heavy or bulky. Such a great way to make my daily walks more effective — highly recommend!

It's easy to put on, and feels much lighter on than when I took it out of the box. It pulled my shoulders back INSTANTLY which is what I was looking for! I've suffered from poor posture since childhood; I hope to retrain my shoulders and back by wearing this every day. The weight is well balanced and comfortable, and the strap easily adjusts to tighten or loosen while I have it on.

I’ve been using the Henkelion weighted vest for workouts, walks, and just general activity around the house and I’m really pleased with how it performs. First thing I noticed was that the weight feels balanced front and back so it doesn’t shift or pull weirdly while I move. It’s made of soft neoprene which helps a lot with comfort especially during longer sessions. The vest comes filled with iron pellets and metal rocks rather than sand which gives it a more solid feel and helps with stability. The adjustable strap keeps it from riding up and prevents slipping which made a big difference when I jogged or did more dynamic movements. There’s a mesh pocket on the back which is handy for storing small essentials or adding a bit more weight if I want to challenge myself more. It isn’t perfect though. For one the shoulder area could use more padding since the weight can dig in if you wear it for extended periods. Also the maximum weight is lower than some more advanced vests so once you get stronger you might want to move up. Some folks mentioned there’s an initial smell out of the box so airing it out helps. Overall this vest hits great balance between comfort, weight, and price. It works well for beginners or people wanting to add a little resistance without going super heavy. If you want something reliable for walking, light cardio, or bodyweight workouts I think this one delivers.

I have a standard walking routine. I walk at least 3-4 times a week, 3.25 miles each time I walk. The first time I walked with this 12-pound vest, I was amazed at how it dialed up my walk. First off, the fit is good. The front closure is adjustable and hit me where an 18-20 inch necklace would hit my chest. I kept the closure snug, but not tight. I don't think the closure would be comfortable for women with big boobs - which is a problem I don't have. I could feel the weight of the vest and it made me stand up straight and focus on my walking form. I was prepared to turn around if I needed to walk back to my car to take it off but by mile two I was getting used to it but I could tell my heart rate was higher than it would be on one of my normal walks. By the time I made it back to my car, I felt pretty accomplished at being able to complete my normal walk (blacktop road with smooth incline and decline on way back - in 85 degree sunny weather). I would not recommend the use of this vest if you are new to walking or working out. As a seasoned walker, I found it challenging in the best way. I plan on using it once/twice a week for a while until I fully adjust to it.

I walk 4-5 miles per day and ordered the 6lb vest in black. It’s comfortable and definitely makes a difference in my workout! You can start slow and wear it a mile or 2 and then take it off. I definitely recommend it!

This was my first time using a weighted vest. It is comfortable, not bulky and can fit over Big sweatshirts for cooler. Weather! Quality is wonderful and it’s easy to put on and off!

After almost 2 weeks of airing out in a garage, it still smells. It fits and functions fine but if the smell is off gassing of chemicals I don't want to breathe in, then it's not doing anything good for my health to have it 12 inches from my nose while I'm breathing heavy every day. All the other stinky stuff I've purchased is better after a couple days of airing out and I'm concerned this is never going to go away. What is it?
