I was looking for a good magnesium supplement and luckily found this. I had been taking Prilosec for way too long. Says to only take for 2 weeks... My heartburn was bad so I continuously took it. I recently developed a calcium deposit in my shoulder which made my arm useless and caused a ton of pain. After seeing many doctors for this I learned that my blood pressure was high (155 over 94). I have never had high blood pressure before. After researching the side effects of the Prilosec I learned that it robs you of magnesium. Magnesium not only has a lot to do with blood pressure regulation but also PROPER calcium absorption ... Hello, calcium deposit! My Orthopedic explained that without enough Magnesium the body can't properly rid the excess calcium that we may take in in our diets. Mmmmm.... So... I started taking this magnesium supplement. My blood pressure actually went too low, which made me dizzy so I cut back from 2 capsules 2x a day to 1 capsule 2x a day and it has been perfect! Blood pressure is now back to normal,THANK YOU Dr. Sinatra! and... my heartburn is easily handled with Tums due to the fact that Magnesium also plays a role in that too! I'm sorry to go on and on but wanted to include all that this has done for me. This is a better form of Magnesium (has 4) than you will find in most supplements. I researched this like crazy. VERY GOOD SUPPLEMENT! Thank you. :)

I ordered Dr. Sinatra's Broad Spectrum Magnesium, product arrived in New condition, on time as scheduled. This is my 3rd order of this particular magnesium, after reading about it in an article. I like that is contains 4 types of magnesium (citrate, glycinate, orotate & taurinate) all being highly absorbable types. Bottle contains 120 pills for a decent price with fast shipping. 2 cap contains 200mg of magnesium. Directions are to take 2 cap x2 daily with food, equally 400mg daily. Capsules are the normal size #0, easy to swallow. I personally consume 2 capsules at night, because I do take other forms of magnesium. 120 caps would normally last 1 month, if taken as directed but I get 2 months out of my bottle. So obviously the amount you take will dictate how long the bottle will last. Our bodies require different forms of magnesium for different functions, so again I can appreciate this type of magnesium containing 4 absorbable forms. Highly recommend this seller and this product. 5 stars. I started off supplementing vitamins/minerals several years ago using huge pills from Wal-Mart in the oxide form (cheap brand, poorly absorbable type). Through much research and learning, you start to do better when you know better. So I'm grateful now to know the different forms of supplements. Including there forms, importance, types, brands, absorbancy & cofactors. It does become time consuming and rigorous but there's nothing worse than finding out you've been buying and consuming supplements that basically are traveling right through you---with zero effect! So as of now, i do trust and like this brand of Magnesium & trust it is being used as it should by my body! Many people are deficient on magnesium but have no clue. Your basic standard lab test at your Dr usually show your levels of vitamins & minerals, if you are low on magnesium this brand is a great product to start with! It controls and effects many, many bodily functions, you'd be truly surprised!

I order this Magnesium all the time. It helps with muscle soreness and sleep. And it’s easy on my digestive system. I noticed some weird dreams when I take it at night but besides that it’s great.

I love this product, I can tell a difference when I take it daily.
