Makes a great replacement for handheld shower-head...
This review is for the spray head only (not the complete kit or other variations). The problem I was solving was that the original handheld shower head had a broad round head with lots of large nozzles. This didn't work well with our water which is high volume but relatively low pressure. What I wanted was a more forceful stream that I could use for rinsing down the shower walls for cleaning. I did not want to replace the hose or hanger bracket for the original handheld shower system, just the head. This bidet spray turned out to be the perfect replacement. The hose threads are compatible with the old head, the stream has two useful modes, forceful stream or more gentle high volume output, and these settings are easily changed by rotating the nozzle with a nice mechanical click. And finally it is a solid metal plumbing fixture with an attractive brushed finish. The only caveats I can think of is that, being solid metal, the handle will get as hot as the water that is flowing through it. This is only an issue if you are using full hot water for rinsing out the shower/tub. The other limitation is that the trigger cannot be locked open for continues output, which is a feature on some competing sprayers.

It works as expected
The shutoff valve, where hose connect to water supply is excellent. The big problemis that the "stainless steel" hand held part is made of metallized plastic which I hope will stand up to use. Installation was simple and straight forward and the product seems to work very well.

The best one I've found
The sprayer is perfect in terms of how it performs. Direct and focused.I've had considerable experience with these bidet devices and once you use them you can never go back. The first ones I owned developed leaking problems that compelled me to replace them. That was when I found out not all hoses are the same. Forget about any of the cheaper systems because their hoses have plastic hoses covered with housing that make them look like flex cables but are only faux flex cable which are the total pits for their stiffness. When I finally found a new sprayer with well made components its one major flaw was how stiff the lever for causing it to spray was. It was short and too strong for me to operate with my thumb. I had to learn to use the sprayer by squeezing the device with my entire hand. My spouse broke her arm and wears a cast that prevents her from using the entire-hand-to-squeeze technique and pleaded with me to solve the problem.Accordingly I went on the hunt until I found this spray nozzle and it has turned out to be a beauty! Combined with the great rest of the flexible hose system we already have it is a four alarm fabulous set-up now.I will be waiting to find out how durable it is. Overall my experience with water spray devices of any kind is miserable. If the day comes that it malfunctions I will be back to this review to let you know so until that day comes you can judge thereby how long lasting this spray nozzle is.

Great product, performs excellently
I made the mistake of buying a different hand-held bidet at a local store because I wasn't willing to wait for the shipping of this product, and thought that the bidets would perform basically the same. Was so wrong. This bidet allows for variable water pressure coming out of the unit. The other one I bought has only 2 settings for water pressure. This product's highest pressure is satisfyingly strong, when needed. The other one, even at its strongest, was inadequately weak. This product's stream of water is narrow and you can focus the stream more precisely than the one bought in the local store. This other one had a head like the sprayer typically installed for a kitchen sink. Ease of installation was the same for both (thankfully, easy to uninstall too).

It didnt last 60 days even.
Initially I thought there is some water pressure problem in my bathrooms so I hired a plumber and got all my lines checked. It was not water pressure rather these new bidet sprayer was allowing very low pressure of water. It became worst with every passing day and now it leaking heavily. If I have bought ot from Home Depot or Lowes I could have asked them for a replacement but with Amazon's new policy I cantdo much here. Please dont but these,Total waste of money.

I expected better
I was really hoping that this would be a good easy to use bidet. Looking at the pictures it looks like the wand is much longer than it is. I am 6'1" and it would have been better if it had been even 2" longer. Second, as someone else mentioned, the spray holes are on the wrong side. The wand it curved such that it works against the body instead of with it. To use it, you have to put your hand below the seat. If the holes were on the other side it would be curved with the body, and you probably could use it much easier to use. If nothing else, they could make it whereas you have the choice. Lastly if you don't have 2 washers on the top part of the valve going into the toilet it will leak. I am in the process of returning it..A couple notes regarding other people's problems. Several people said that the hose leaked. Per the instructions, you are supposed to turn off the water after each use. I went a step further and released the pressure at the wand after turning off the water. I suspect that would solve that problem, but I didn't keep mine long enough to find out.
