Well made and well designed. I'm not too sure what that other person got but mine has attachment points for the strap at the top of the bag. This way a heavy lunch won't go flipping upside down. Perhaps there was a redesign? Otherwise this is very good. The fabric seems waterproof and durable while offering insulating qualities. The strap is lightweight. As my child uses this, I don't bother giving him the strap. I've heard horror stories of babies/kids accidentally strangling themselves when unsupervised with any dangling string or strap. Why bother with that risk even though I know my child is old enough not to tie it around his neck. He just carries it around. He loves the shark design.

I did not realize the pattern was not on front and back. There are three places on the back where the straps attach, so it can be carried like a backpack. Not what I was intending. There are loops for the strap to attach on the sides, to be carried more like a crossover purse, which is what I wanted. Pattern was not as vivid as I hoped, but it will do for what I need it for. The ad does not show the back of the bag, I believe on purpose, so you will not notice that it is not printed on the back. Will keep it, but would not buy again

The graphics are very nice and lok like they would not rub or wear off . The stiching also looks like it will survive the vigorous play of a toddler. My grandson carries it everywhere and stuffs it full.

Please be aware that this are very small, it's like for kids use. Will have to return. use a measuring tape and find out if this is really what you need. Picture is misleading regarding to size.

My son loves this and is very proud. He packs his lunch almost everyday and I havent had a single complaint from him. It can fit a decent plastic bento box and one or two flat ice cooling packs. Love it

I do like this bag and use it almost every day, it is smaller then I thought it would be.
