Tried quite a few different styles after my knee operation. Found this to be the most comfortable. Although as others have done I removed the side rubbers as these were digging into where my knee was painful. After I did that it's like night and day. Can adjust tightness to something that more useful now without being painful. Would recommend.

really comfortable fit but I could not use with my Meniscus tear as it was to painful and irritating but was worth the tryat the price

Love the product. I have arthritis in both my knees and these give me the support and peace of mind to go walking my dogs every day. The Velcro seems good and strong and hopefully would last a decent time. I did have positvibe before but found the Velcro not very strong and after a couple of years had to dump them. Just to say I am quite a slim person and ordered s/m and they fit snug, although I feel the next size up would be too big!

I bought this because I wanted a smaller support than the one I usually wear, but this thing is useless. It didn't give me any relief from my knee pain, in fact because of the wee nodule things on the inside it made it worse, and it was too tight.

I bought the large and the small to medium,,I use both but I do prefer the large due to the fact that the straps goes the the full length of my under knee and upper knee feeling a lot more support it’s a 5 star for me this product

Ordered the brace to help me through my first triathlon having developed a case of patella tendinitis.The brace itself is comfortable, supportive and easy to put on, even in the rush of transition between the cycling and running elements of the event, and it stays in place really well when running, with plenty of adjustment available to get a secure fit. However, rather than just arriving by itself in a plastic bag, it would have been useful to have at least a quick guide to how it should be used, where it should be positioned and any potential downsides to getting that wrong.
