Need colour guide for my stitch kit
Hello team,I recieved my order of anchor stitch kit today. I was very happy but my happiness vanished away when i opened the pack. Actually this pack should have the instruction guide inside it which is not there and now it would'nt be possible for me to use this kit. What do I do? Either replace it or deliver me the guide which should have been there..otherwise take it back.Thanx

The print does not align with the fabric grid.
The entire print on the fabric is tilted. I have to use the extra space outside the border in order to get the whole design to align. Now because I’m using extra space on all four sides, I’m afraid of running out of skeins. I’m not sure if I’m making sense here but I really regret this purchase and I want others to know.(Included images to explain better). It’s on all four sides. If the painting isn’t aligned well, it shows evidently after framing. Absolutely hate having to do all this.

Not the same as shown in image
Had ordered the one on the pic but received kitty cuddles ( 2 cats). But the quality of it all is looking amazing, unhappy with the incorrect design I received.
