Great taste and fast acting hydration powder

Citrus is my new love, hands down. So light, strong and very refreshing. These are completely surprising to me with their delicous, fresh flavor without all the chemical additives and bland flavor you find in bottled junk in the stores. This product is my new go to for electrolyte replenishment. I've finally got beyond that point of being in the area of dehydration. After much research I found out I was using far too much protein powder in my protein shakes causing my system to actually dehydrate. Along with excessive water drinking, I was flushing and diluting electrolytes. This fabulous little gem has solved that problem. I even sent some of these to my son away at college to be sure he stays hydrated in this humidity wave we've been experiencing. I also got the berry bag of 50. Another relative was mentioning possibly being dehydrated so I sent her some of these. She ordered two bags of 50 after seeing results. I found a nice summer treat for these - I blend a raspberry packet with frozen berries and some water - so cool and delicous. Of course use any flavors. Just ordered more! We've been trying other flavors like lemon-lime. Cool Citrus, orange, strawberry-lemonade and all of them are now my favorite! The only one I will not try is fruit punch and that's because it's personal. lol - I wasn't crazy for the grape but would buy it if the price dropped low enough!

I started using these Sqwincher Zero Qwik Stiks a few months ago for my badminton sessions (I usually play 2-3 times a week), and I can honestly say I notice a difference. I used to tire out faster, especially during long rallies, but since adding this to my water bottle, I feel more energized and able to keep going without the sluggishness. The orange flavor is refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial - and I love that it’s sugar free and low calorie. It mixes easily into water with no clumps, and one stick is the perfect size for my bottle. I’ve also used it after a particularly hot day outdoors, and it really does help with rehydration and preventing that “wiped out” feeling. The box comes with plenty of sticks (50!), so it’s good value and convenient to just toss a couple in my gym bag. If you’re active, sweat a lot, or just want an easy way to stay hydrated without sugary sports drinks, I’d definitely recommend giving these a try.

Love the lemon lime. I like to double up for more flavor punch but with this flavor you can always just add to other beverages without it being over powering & still giving the electrolytes you need.
