I really like these mugs. They're light, nice looking and keep the coffee hot for a long time.

I wanted something to keep my coffee hot for an hour or so in the morning while I read and caught up on email etc. I also needed them to go in the dishwasher. I read lots of reviews saying these mugs didn’t keep drinks hot. But these work fine for me. They keep the coffee really hot for about 90 minutes and warm for another 30-45 minutes after that. They are not like a yeti that will keep it hot all day but they are perfect for me. They look nice, dishwasher safe and do what I needed them to do for a good price. I’d definitely buy them again.

I just used these mugs for 2 days now and they work great at keeping coffee hot for a long time, for the first time i can drink a cup and it staying hot till i finish drinking. The quality is very good and the handle shape and size is perfect for me , however the size is misleading it says 14oz but when i selected a 10oz from my Kurieg coffee maker i could only put 2oz of creamer in and it was almost to the rim and hade to sip some out to put the lid on, other then this i am very pleased with the mugs.

I got this mug for my husband. He’s been looking for a coffee mug, for work and home. He loves this stainless steel one. It has a lid, so it keeps his coffee hot for a long time. The cup is not heavy, it has a good handle, easy to clean and he loves the stainless steel interior. He also likes the exterior feel of the cup. Now he has one for office and one for home!

*****. Update, I didn't care for the lid, however when now using it does keep your beverage hot much longer. Using the cup every day. These coffee cups are just OK. They do not keep your beverage hot for very long but better than my regular ceramic cup. I will keep but don't recommend purchasing.

This is my second set... and I gave them for Christmas gifts last year... we love them!!

Ordered four coffee mugs from Amazon and one of the mugs was damaged. Since the shipping box wasn't damaged the mug must have been damaged by Amazon. I contacted Chillout about the issue and they quickly sent me not one but two replacement mugs. This is a good product with very good customer support.

After two years of owning a pair of these insulated stainless steel mugs, they have completely earned my affection!! They are sturdy and very stable coffee mugs made out of metal and are really appealing. These units have held up well. I have two sets of four each of high-quality ceramic mugs that I spent a fair bit of money on, but these two stainless steel insulated mugs are always my go-to mugs every day. I hand-wash and hand polish-dry them, and I use them daily. They are great-looking. They are my favourite mugs that I use every day to the exclusion of all the other high quality ceramic mugs I own. These are truly nice mugs and I am glad I have them. Earlier on when I first bought these, I gave them a nitpicking review, stating that they could’ve performed better in the insulation department. Today, I appreciate them not only for the fact that they do extend the warmth of a cup of coffee over a longer period of time than normal mugs, but they just look great for a guy to be using – they are super-stable and are unlikely to get accidentally tipped over, and they do keep liquids warmer, or liquids colder, longer, depending on your beverage. And they look as good as the day they were taken out of the box, after hundreds of uses. I cannot give them a higher endorsement!! One of life’s best purchases, something I get satisfaction out of every time I use them. You cannot say that about a lot of things! These mugs, you can “take to the bank”, so to speak. They will provide long-term value and satisfaction to one who purchases them. Highly recommended and good job on the manufacturer’s part.

The insulation is not as good as S’Well

I read a lot of the other reviews prior to purchasing this product. Seemed very mixed with some not happy about how long drinks stayed hot, others were happy. I went ahead with the purchase anyway and it is perfect for me. It keeps my hot drinks so hot initially I have to remember to let it cool a little. Then it keeps them at a drinkable temperature for an hour or more. This is great in my work environment when I am often interrupted and previously by the time I got back to my drink it was cold. Lid is great and makes it safer carrying a hot drink in an office environment. I was so pleased I bought another set for home. As a bonus, comes with a 5-year warrantee from manufacturer.

The temperature is not maintained even for 30 mins.

Great insulated mug for the price. These are half the cost of YETI’s and as far as I can tell their quality and performance is very similar. The lid isn’t leak proof, like others have said, but keeps most of the liquid inside when you would have spilled a regular mug. The lid swivels so the drinking hole can either be left open or closed. I find it also helps keep the liquid warm much longer so I close the opening between sips and it stays hot until my last sip. Highly recommend.
