The Day Punctuation Came to Town (Language Is Fun, 2) (Volume 2)

Fantastic book for new readers and children learning about punctuation! I purchased this book as the sequel to Kimberlee's first book The Little I Who Lost His Dot. My son is going into second grade and loves this new book! Easy to read, flows well, and the illustrations are bright and vibrant.

I loved this book! Wish there was a sequel that would include visiting cousins: quotation marks and apostrophe :-)This is a great read-aloud for classroom or any early elementary child.

We bought a set for the classroom at school. Fun examples of when and why to use ten various punctuations. Great for younger elementary kids.
