Now, also a TV personality, Sondra takes you on a powerful journey into her design portfolio that goes from stunningly elegant to provocatively outrageous. She even gives us lessons on how to create our own BLING! If you were not a fan of “bling” before you read the book, you surely will be by the end. I know two of the women (or Blingettes) who work for Sondra, so I was most interested to read this book. Sondra is very upbeat, talks about her family and the background that culminated in the business she runs today. She details techniques and several bling projects you can do yourself; interesting, if a little redundant. I only gave the book 4 stars because I wanted more photos of finished projects. Granted, there are quite a few, but not enough for a confirmed glitzaholic like me.

If you are a fashion and bling enthusiast like me, The Uncommon Crystal Couture World of Sondra Celli is a Must Read amazing book that chronicles the versatility of Couture Fashion Designer Phenom Sondra Cell & details the process by which she creates her Magnificent one of a kind designs! Each design is infused with sparkle & glamour! As a client of Sondra's, I can attest that when anyone wears any of Sondra's Show Stopping Creations they feel like a million bucks! “Bling” is a real eye catcher in lots of ways! And it makes a great coffee table decoration. I loved seeing all the glitzy fashions and learning how Sondra and her team create them. After watching her TV show, “My Big Fat American Gypsy Wedding “, I was interested to learn about her life and background and to know that she creates such a wide range of fashions for all types of people and occasions. Lots of very helpful tips for those who want to embellish their own wardrobe.

I bought this for my Mother who has sewn for years. She just LOVES this book. It is really interesting and shows many lovely designs.

This is definitely on my gift list for the girls/ladies in my life! The artistry of Sondra Celli's work defies words and it is wonderful to learn more about her background. Then, as a bonus, almost half of the book is devoted to teaching the reader how to bring the artistry of bling into their own lives. Detailed step by step instructions. If you have a dancer, skater, gymnast in your life, what fun they could have "blinging" up their costumes! Don't miss the blinged up pink Converse sneakers. Such fun for all ages!
