These are like posters that you can tack onto your wall and you can see them easily. They include stretching and warm-up besides just the yoga poses. I love these!

I like the simplicity of these posters. They show the asanas (poses) for yoga and serve as a great resource for one’s practice of yoga. They are too small to be of use in a class setting, unless the leader was using a poster as a “cheat sheet” to remind him/her of what pose to do next. I use them in my individual practice as a “cheat sheet” reminder of the asanas and the purpose for each of them. These posters are an inexpensive resource and handy to have.Please be reminded that these are best used as reminders, they are not instructional in that they do not tell one how to transition from one asana to the next. But they are great as a guide/reminder and I am thankful to have them.

You get two of these so give one to a friend; on one side is yoga poses and on the other are stretches. It is large and easy to read.Laminated.my only problem is trying to keep it unrolled so I had to put some books on it overnightVery nicely done thank you

They are good, but I am returning them because I ordered four other exercise posters with additional exercise positions that I plan to keep for a similar price.

I wanted to start doing exercises at home and realized i had no clue as to what i should be doing!! These posters are just the things i need! A visual to show me what to do, yet i could go at my own pace (unlike a video). I have followed the yoga poses and stretches on these posters and have also purchased posters for dumbbells and body-weight exercises. I wont go to a gym, i just dont have time or desire. With these posters i can exercise whenever i choose and my husband can too, and we can throw in a walk or ride our recumbent bike as well. No memberships needed, no passwords to remember!!

Very nice posters. Just like the ones my wellness Ctr has. Laminated on both sides. An excellent visual aide. Is laid out horizontally on one side & vertically on the other. Nice option for hanging. Great price & prime shipping. Highly recommend these posters!
