hardly any sticking power
My physiotherapist recommended this for plantar fasciitis. Apparently using tape helps to support the foot. But this tape hardly has any sticking power and comes off a few seconds after you put it on the feet and walk around. I tried multiple times but its the same issue. This was not the case with the tape the physio used at his clinic. Avoid this tape. its pretty useless with so low sticking power.
