The Only Cleaner I Use For Smooth Leather.
USAF 1982 - 2002, Security Police 81170. Once upon a time in the way back when of the black boot days, Security Police were HIGHLY ENCOURAGED (IYKYK) to have spit-shined, see your reflection in 'em boots. Most of us bought the Cochran Jump Boots (and then took 'em to the shoe and boot repair place to have those stupid slippery, no grip factory soles replaced with genuine Vibram black rubber lugged soles).Anyhoo - show up for guardmount with your starched and creased BDUs and your lovingly spit-shined, see your reflection in 'em boots. Then you'd go out on post and run around and do stuff and get your BDUs all wet and wrinkled and icky and your spit-shined, see your reflection in 'em boots all muddy and scuffed up.Man, hated that . . . but I guess I knew the job was dangerous when I took it.Fortunately there's Fiebing's saddle soap. I'd rinse the mud and crud off the boots, use the saddle soap on a damp rag to get all of mud and crud off, rinse the boots off, let dry, and repolish.Great stuff, used it a boatload of times over a 20 year career. Highly recommend!

Shocking how well this works!!
I solely use this for designer bags. It works very well on every type of leather and I cannot tell you how many other leather cleaners I've tried. A little truly goes a long way but the thing I love the most is the sheen it gives once dried. I clean one area at a time and then quickly wipe off the soap in order to ensure that it doesn't stain or soak into the leather. I sometimes drive with a hair dryer or let it air dry but either way it leaves a beautiful sheen on the leather.

good leather conditioner, stains light stitching
right shoe i worked up a lather with a horse hair brush, it made it so much softer and cleaned up the leather nicely. this product will stain lighter seams/stitching yellow

Cleans so well leave bag with a sheen.
It works so good on my coach quilted tabby, I accidentally spilled shoe glue on my bag not a lot a little thing and I tried to remove it and ended up scratching the bag just to remove the glue. This helps so much it removed most of the scratches and could hardly see them. Give the bag a nice sheen and still soft to the touch.

Skip the rest- this is the best!
I was really skeptical about using this but I’m really glad I did! It restored the black leather in my 10 year old Fusion to almost new. Really impressed with how it worked so well. Plan on an applying a couple more coats to see if it deepens the color and softens the leather even more!Update:It just keeps getting better! After curing for 24 hours the seats are softer, color deeper, scratches disappeared. Now applying extra coats in the wear creases. After 10 years of neglect the leather is sucking up the the saddle soap but responding so well. Just can’t believe, well how stupid I was to never condition the leather, but how great this is working to make the leather seats look practically new! WOW.April 24’ Update:Bought the 4 Way Conditioner from Fiebings too, they work great together! What I have been doing to rehab the 10 year old leather car upholstery is:2X weekly Saddle Soap leave on, don’t buff off, just let it absorb.1X weekly apply 4 way cleaner 1 seat at a time and buff off immediately, 1 seat at a time, do NOT let it dry on the leather. After doing the above for 2 months now, the cracks are all gone or invisible to my eyes & the leather color looks brand new.I think for maintenance I’ll repeat the Saddle Soap & 4Way Conditioner monthly. I have black leather seats so not sure if you will have the same results with a light color of leather as all of the products state that they will darken leather.
