I was a little apprehensive to purchase a hot tub on Amazon but I did my research, called the manufacturer and took a leap of faith. This hot tub was delivered in perfect condition. The seats in the hot tub are different levels to accommodate a person of any height. The waterfall and lights create a relaxing and romantic ambience especially at night. The marbled effect of the hot tub is beautiful. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made and the price was at least $3,000 less than shopping at a hot tub store.

Had the spa installed 2 weeks ago. All by code by a contractor. Its been running awesome and my family has loved it ever since. Its very powerful and comfortable.While in it tonight, it just shut off and started smoking. Very nasty electrical smell. Its like the motor caught on fire or something.I'm hoping there is an easy fix because getting it in was a chore I never want to do again. Just read the warranty and apparently if it needs to be replaced, all removal and reinstallation is up to me.I will see how this ends and update my review, but to say I am disapointed is putting it lightly. This was a life long family goal that we finally got to realize, and now it is up in smoke. Electrical smoke.

So...much...fun! And perfect for this chilly weather! I went in with friends to get this, and it was worth every penny!

when they first delivered the hot tub it came damaged. They promised to fix but never did. And on the very first day we filled the hot tub up it leaked. And after many weeks of complaining we had Amazon contact American spas. But then it still took two more months for them to replace it. Then they tried to charge us twice. Then we had to replace the pump three times in one year. By the second year the finish on the hot tub begin to chip and peel and begin to leak through. We contacted American spas again and they refuse to cover their warranty. This was the worst hot tub I have ever purchased. And I have purchased five hot tubs for friends and family over the years and never had so much problems than I did with American spas. Do not purchase anything from American spa‘s because they do not stand behind their products and they just take your money.

I purchased this spa through Amazon for a crazy low price - was at least $2000 or more cheaper that buying from a retail store. The hot tub was delivered to my door - the trucker put it in front of my garage.With a couple of furniture dollies I rolled the hot tub up my sidewalk into the pool area. I did need 4 guys from that point on to slide it into position. I had it hooked up , filled with water and running and used it the next day.For the money this was an incredible buy. The only thing it did not come with was the little access door for the drain hose to come out......but no biggie. I use a self contained submersible pump as its much quicker.
