Q: What is the difference in the colors? Does the darker film block more heat than the lighter film?

Think this depends on what is meant by "block". If you want to reject solar energy, you must 'reflect' it, so the more of a mirror finish facing out the better. Colored films facing the outdoors will 'absorb' more sunlight than a reflective finish, warming up the window and ultimately the room. This might also explain why the darker films filter out more UV, because the film pigments 'absorb' it.

Q: Wull the sunlight reflecting off of it blind my neighbors?

No it doesn’t throw a direct reflection of light. You could stand right in front of it and not be blinded. But it definitely works wonders keeping the heat out.

Q: Do you have a heat reflective film for day and night?

All these window films have certain heat reflective function,and the window film can only be used during day time,please use curtain to keep some privacy because when the inside light is stronger than outside at night,the film can not provide privacy.

Q: The description says this is product not for dual pane windows. Why?

Definately not needed if you have insulated windows. I asked the company the same question, they said it's fine (even though on the box it says it could cause windows to crack for dual pane). I just installed on several windows this weekend, let's hope for non-broken windows :)
