Licorice heals esophageal lining and is recommended for treating GERD.Apart from that boring comment, this candy is perfect for those of us who like decadent little treats but don't really like too much sweetness. They are sweet but also very tasty and there's a liquid center of salty licorice that is exotic and amazing, something to get used to, because it almost has a seawater flavor to it. It's very fresh tasting and always weird. Be really careful ordering this product because it is almost impossible not to have five or more at one sitting. Maybe ask a dear friend for help when you buy these. He or she can hide them out of sight after you're had a few. Oh, and the candy lasts a long time.Great confection.

Exactly the salty, sweet combination I expected and remembered. Unfortunately, several pieces of candy were broken, so the filling came out.

They aren't _bad_, but they aren't _good_ either. Not a lot of salt in the middle. Just kinda meh.I'm going to stick with Fazer from now on.

It's not the strongest licorice, and is a blend of anise and sweetness. The center has a bunch of salt that you can bite into that gives a good punch. This bag is a good value for the price and was available with Prime.

I just love the Turk Pepper Licorice and so does my whole familie,we definently give it a five star rating. it is so delicious. We always have a tin in the car full of it, you can't just eat one they are so addictive. Amazon has the best price of all.. Go for it you will not regret it. Ellie and Co.

GREAT licorice. This licorice is a wonderful hard candy. I am used to soft, chewy licorices, and I will switch my allegiance to this Pepper Licorice -- the flavor lasts all the way through and is perfect -- sweet, but not too sweet, licorice with just a hint of heat. Terrific.
