Not outrageously hot, but has a nice heat, and tastes great. I find it rare to actually enjoy the taste of a hot sauce.

It is definitely spicy and you’re going to taste it, but not too hot. Perfect bottle size. Good value.

I tried Habanero first. Its Fresh and authentic taste is perfect. It's what I expect in a hot sauce! Since I finished this bottle, I have tried the Serrano, Jalapeño, Agave Blue Sriracha. All of them are equally Awesome! They all taste like they should! Perfect! Perfect Balance! There are none better-Even the imported sauces from Mexico! They come in the perfect bottle , you can put it on by the drop or squirt it on ! I can’t say enough! I love them all! I buy nothing else!

I am a super fan of the show Hot Ones, so I've been on a quest to find a good hot sauce. Most everything I've tried has had an over powering taste that I just don't care for and would never re-order. I purchased this organic-sauce and used it on wings alongside two other sauces. To me there was no comparison. This sauce hands-down was the most balanced and tastiest sauce. I will definitely be reordering this sauce in the future

Very carroty but without being too sweet and with that wonderful habanero smokiness and heat! Its not "machismo" levels of spiciness at all either but its a bit stronger than sriracha which for me is not bad. If you're looking for a good level of spiciness but still want some good flavor this is some solid stuff. My only issue that you end up using a bottle of it up fast (or at least I do) so it can get spendy.

I love sauces, especially hot sauce. I am so used to Franks Hot Sauce, but this puts a different spin on this and a different taste, and I love the taste of Yellow bird. I will be trying more of this product.

It’s not super hot but will work. A little sour taste since it’s mix with citrus. Good but not extreme hot it is a little hotter then Tabasco. Not the spicy level wanted but works ok. I am use to Scorpion sauce and ghost pepper so this may be hot for some for a kick in their food 😀

I'm not worried about the "organic" part, but it's really nice to see a product that tastes this good that most anyone can understand the ingredient list! It's spicy, but with really good flavor, mildly sweet and you don't have to put a ton of it on a taco to really bring up the spice level. AKA...perfect.
