I especially like this product from the perspective of oil on your fingers. I have a 14 inch Macbook Pro 2019 model, purchased in 2021 and I'm able to lay this down on my keyboard, close the lid without issues. I personally, have two of these and use one for cleaning my laptop screen and one to keep the oils from transferring from my keyboard to my monitor.Simple and easy to use, not requiring any liquid for cleaning the screen. This did come in a two pack when I purchased it and the second one sits in my laptop case just for cleaning. Overall, great product that is simple yet functional.

It's a cloth and an expensive one. I bought this for my 16" MBP it covers the keyboard fine but only goes about 3/4 the way down the track pad. The cloth itself is very nice, it's thin, sturdy and soft.

For some time I noticed on my MacBook Pro keyboard marks and smudges on the screen upon opening the lid. This thin microfiber cloth is designed for that very purpose, and it protects the screen from potential scratches. If fits perfectly between the screen and the keyboard. It’s an inexpensive investment to keep your very expensive laptop in pristine condition. Recommended.

Ok, so I have been working in the tech support and repair world for a very long time now. I even own a repair shop. Our shop is Apple product focused, but my advice here would be true of other portable/laptops.You want one of these (especially if you own a Mac laptop).Why you ask?Well a couple reasons:1. The dreaded keyboard/trackpad imprint. Apple has a VERY narrow gap between the keyboard, trackpad and the display. They also coat their screens to reduce glare. This coating does not play nice if your display flexs and makes contact with the keyboard and trackpad. Overtime you will get scratches from it on your display. While it does not impede function…its surely makes your nice and expensive Mac look pretty poor over time.2. You do not want to pay for a broken display assembly - it’s not cheap. The display is one of the two most expensive parts of your laptop. The display is fused into the outer housing on a Mac, and on many PC’s too. Since their thinner redesign in 2016, I have noticed so many more cracked and broken displays. I have found that anything…even something minisicule you do not see, can be enough to pressure the display and pop it. And since these repairs often start in the $400 range and up…picking up this inexpensive cloth can help save you a bundle.For such a good price they give you 2 of these! They are incredibly soft, just the right thickness to offer protection and yet thin enough to allow your lid to close normally.Handy when you need to wipe off your display.Protective from your display being scratched by your keyboard.ANDGives you a handy cloth to wipe the top of your keyboard area off prior to closing it to avoid a potential screen crack and a pricey repair.So yes, I definitely encourage and recommend grabbing one of these packs.

Update: They honoured their warranty but the product still has some where to goSo I love this concept, I like the thickness of the product it came with 2! I gave one away and bought a backup pack.Pros-thickness is great, not thin enough to tear, not thick enough that I'm worried- I actually think it cleans fairly well considering the material- it's easy to see if there's dust/dirt/debris on the actual fabric because of the colour- hopefully it's a great solution to a common problemSo why a 2 score?-its not as big as it is in the photographs I got the 14 inch version and it covers up about 4/5ths of my computer, which only covers up to the first part of the trackpad.So I feel duped.I wish it covered the entire chassis- it loses shape, out of the box it seems neat and trim but loses the straight edges- stretches, I'm nervous that it will be hangin off the left and right sizes of my keyboard, I wouldn't want to use it if it hangs over the lip of the lid- I've only had this product for about a week which makes it feel like it's not going to be durable for the long run, resulting in me purchasing more...which well that sucks!If there were another brand that this this concept better I'd switch, however, if upper improves on this product, I'd be grateful to stick around with themETA One day later from my review and it's hanging off the sides
