Easy to Install / Fixed Her Right Up
I have an older APC block in addition to the more advanced towers that went out. Aside from the annoying short cords inside these things, this was an easy replacement. Save yourself a few bucks and just replace your batteries in these things. It's pretty easy, just a little finagling with the tightness in these compartments. Anyone can do it!

No problems with the battery
We'll see how long it last, but it was a quick change. Like another customer posted on here, I also have an older APC UPS ES 725 unit and it's still running great.I heard an high pitched squeal which was not an alarm per se, but I know what it meant that battery was 100% gone. One tip is, that the battery came with a protective plastic cover on the red + positive terminal that is on the battery itself, it held with like an adhesive sticker. If you have plastic covers on the terminal wire "leads" that are from the unit itself, just pull off that plastic cover that is "on that battery" as it is not needed. If your wires leads that are in the unit itself do "not" have plastic on end of the lead wires, leave the plastic cover that is "on that new battery" in plastic.Another tip, always change these batteries out. If you hear any high pitch whistle sounds, put your hand near the outside plastic area of the APC UPS unit. Many times, when a lead acid battery can not be re-charged anymore, it will get VERY HOT, and you can physically feel how abnormally hot the outside of the APC UPS unit on the side where the power button is, not like a bit warm.. Like wow that is hot. I have seen even small APC UPS units like these that replacement is ignored by the end users, and those batteries inside CAN and WILL burst open and gas and smoke will come out of them if a dead battery is left in.. Just an important tip to keep an eye on these units. Also let the unit cool off at least an hour or so as well, as again that spent battery can be VERY hot.- Tom - CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+, Cyber Security Analyst+

It fits nicely
Heavy lead acid design, but you only need to install it once. Previous battery lasted 5 years. Be sure to check the dimensions of your UPS, many 3rd party batteries claim to fit but do not.

Repeat buyer
I have purchased several of these batteries to replace some that went bad in my APC UPS boxes. The replacement batteries are way cheaper than buying a whole new UPS box. The batteries are not difficult to replace YouTube has all the instructions you need. I’ve been very happy with the batteries.

APC Battery
The product arrived and was able to put a full charge on it. Unfortunately, the ups unit was too old and would not accept the fully charged battery. Root cause was an obsolete device, the battery met all expectations.
