So this was a gift for Father’s Day. First of all let me just say that their customer service was amazing. The first lighter we received we followed the directions to a T and made sure to even watch some videos on how to fill and use properly. Well long story short the first one broke. The pin in the bottom became a long range projectile. They were kind enough to send another out right away. The new one has the same issue as the first one that broke. It won’t light. The fluid window is full. We turned the flame up but can hear the gas hissing sound that you supposedly aren’t supposed to hear, only if the flame is too high. So we tried to find a happy medium. It does light occasionally but it takes 5-6 tries. Again their customer service was awesome but I wouldn’t buy this again, especially as a gift.

I really appreciated that the seller called me right after they received my email.The lighter lights at every click and the red flame is very strong. (You can use a flat screw driver to turn the flame down if the flame is too strong)I recommend to call the seller if you have any questions. (number and email address can be found in the manual by the way) They did a really great job!

The lighter looks good. However, I've filled it, tweaked the settings with a screwdriver, but I can't get consistent even heat.

I was concerned that due to the price and lack of reviews that this product might be a dud. I wanted a quad flame lighter. However, after filling it with butane, the lighter works great! I would put the quality of construction equal to many of the higher end lighters out there, including Calibri. I highly recommend this lighter, especially at this price point!

I'm afraid to use it anymore because I think it's going to explode. Besides that, it worked great at the start.

Lighter works well but goes thru fuel very quickly.Flame adjuster is plastic and wire down quickly

Great product easy to use lights very fast. The only problem I have is a pin inside broke and sometimes it just leaks the butane until it runs out and if I have it lit it won’t go out sometimes

I like that it has that mirror on the inside of the lid. The material used for the cover on the outside is so good that it gives me a good reflection. Really hard too so it doesn't seem like it would break if i dropped it. Very good product and highly recommend. Huge flame!
