Solid snack bar...
Solid for being a filling snack with a good flavor and solid for its denseness. This is a very dense bar, if you don't like a bar like that, you will not like this one. It is good, but I would recommend drinking something with it.

Pretty healthy and tasty for an energy bar!
This is probably the best natural energy bar I have ever tried. Only took off a star because they are somewhat pricey. They are addictive and while that is a good thing since they are relatively clean and healthy, it’s not so good when you need to save money. So, back to plain nuts or nut butter for a snack!

I do bot normally enjoy ‘bars’ as food, but I really liked the flavor in this one! It was delicious! And my kids (who are pretty picky) liked this as well!!

A very satisfying gluten-free burst of nourishment from an excellent company
These are so good. Bob's is such a great company too. The bar is firm and chewy, but not too hard or soft. Nothing at all like a crunchy, sticky "I may have to go to the dentist to get my teeth unstuck" Kind Bar. It is clearly a processed food. But the peanut butter and jelly taste is REALLY yummy. I can have one in the morning with coffee and vitamins/meds and my stomach can hang until I grab another bar or a meal, etc. I'm a big fan if you can't tell by now!
