Yes, We have it running on the Ryzen 5 3600. It fit perfect with no cutting.

Q: Is there a size for AM4? What size did you purchase?

The 32 x 32mm is for Intel.. The 38 x 38mm is for Ryzen AM4. The 68 x 51mm is Threadripper. It is an exact fit edge to edge on the cpu's heatsink.

Q: Will this fit ryzen 5 2600?

Yes, but it's very hard to install on a Ryzen CPU with the stock coolers. I finally gave up and went back to using thermal paste. I'm sticking with Noctua products from now on as well, since their customer service is better.
