I have updated my initial review. BASN provided great support when I had my initial battery issue. Overall, this headset is excellent. Battery life was extremely impressive with 9 hours of constant use for music and phone calls and still the headset was not out of juice. Solid fit and good sound. I was very happy with both the music and call quality. As long as you do not have a collar, the call mic is excellent. They are noise isolating, not noise canceling, and they do a very good job when you have the right tip. I had an issue at first with the Bluetooth disconnecting, but it seemed to resolve itself. Excellent pair of bluetooth IEMs at a solid price point.

Returned. Wanted to keep. May repurchase. My particular unit, would play great using wired option. But under Bluetooth, the cable for the right side had bad connection, which would drop in/out. This was upon opening new product. Other than that, you get a lot for your money. A lil bass-heavy, but may grow to like. I may repurchase.

Not much low end sound. Connection of wires from receiver to ear buds is easily disconnected with the slightest of movement, causing one side or the other to cut out and crackle, making it very frustrating to use, and hard to enjoy listening to music with only one side working. Battery life is great, about 10 hours on full charge. For the price I was hoping for better quality...

On bluetooth version vibrating call alert is advertised ,but there's no such feature.
