Inexpensive arch support
Use on regular basis for high arch support while at work 8+ hours. An inexpensive relatively easy way to mitigate joint pain resulting from failure to support high arches. Can take a little while to get used to feel, but no worse than most inserts and they stay put where you need the support and are washable. Bonus!

They do what they say. Give a secure arch support, but its somewhat hard to walk on.

Helps with foot pain!
Beyond helpful in helping my foot pain! I have neuromas and plantar fasciitis and these are wonderful! I wear them at work (I’m a nurse) and have great foot pain relief all shift. So comfortable!

There has to be better out there
I really like them the first 2 times I put them on. They felt very supportive and comfortable. They didn’t however do much to help with the pain in my heels that I had hoped they would relieve. By the third time I put them on they started falling apart. I was disappointed as I really was hoping these would be my answer since I like being barefoot in the house but my back and heels hurt so bad. They are comfortable but just not very high quality!!

Best in this price range
These are pretty good and certainly worth the cost compared to other brands, worked for me but the padding on the bottom is a little too thick.

Walking better and more securely and pain free
These have been fantastic for my feet!! Such a simple product, but they support my arches so my hips stay more in alignment and I can finally walk long distance again. Easily fits with sandals, sneakers, even dress shoes. Wholeheartedly recommend!!!!

Not much support
I thought the pad for the arch would be much thicker and cushioned enough to actually support your arch. While it is a compression band, there is no real arch support. It's like wrapping an ace bandage around your foot. It's not too tight and it does allow you to wear shoes, but I was expecting it to actually support your arch.

Product actually works
I have tried every gadget out there to treat my foot pain, and this product is the only one that works. I am writing this review to help others suffering from plantar fascia to buy this product and not to waste $ on others.

God send for fallen Arches
I bought these for my fallen Arches which although was not bad enough I need to go to GP I had noticed the drop, my feet went from a 4 to a 5 and pain arose when doing sports and in most shoes that weren’t flat. Although I have only worn them for a few days but I have felt a relief in pain. At first your feet may feel uncomfortable when in shoes but stay with it and after a day they will begin to feel better. These are great as they fit in all of my shoes and I can even ware them around the house so after a little discomfort not willthe pain ease but my Arches have moved up very slightly already.Recommend to anyone with similar feet issues

Tendonitis on both achilles tendons. Made a huge difference wearing working boots,wellingtons & ordinary non trainer shoes8
