I’ve tried other supplements from this brand and love the quality and effectiveness. I’m looking forward to seeing the effectiveness from this one. I’ve only taken it one night, but I slept great and no side effects. I’ll update in a week or so when I feel more effects.

I bought this 5-HTP and GABA because I hoped that I would get the benefits for handling stress and improved relaxation. I realized after trying this that I was sleeping much better and felt more calm. The 5-hydroxytryptophan (5-HTP) is similar to the amino acid that your body makes when you eat turkey, and it's called the sleep amino acid because people sleep deeper when they have it. What I sometimes do when I'm trying a new healthy supplement is I try it for a few days, then forget to use it and then try it again. That way I'm able to notice whether I'm getting an actual benefit rather than just experiencing a placebo effect. Not double blind, but hey, if I notice a difference between a span when I'm using a supplement and not using a supplement and can confirm it, then I'm fine. As I stated in the headline, I've got the benefits this could produce. I'm convinced enough that I'm going to bring this along when I travel across time zones so I experience less jet lag. Overall, I enjoyed this product. Instantly, I was able to fall asleep much quicker and easier than before taking Pure 5-HTP. The actual pills are easy to swallow and are also tasteless, which is always a plus. I do have to be honest and say that once waking up, I felt a bit groggy, but after a few minutes that feeling subsided. I would recommend to others!

When it comes to vitamins/supplements, you’ve got to always do your research or at least know the product is genuine from a genuine company. This product here has quality that is of both thumbs up! I used to take 5htp in the past when I was in my wild days, but never sticking to one store-bought brand, wasn’t ever consistent, but still much needed. Now having tried this one out, I’ll be sticking with it as I can trust the source and enjoy the convenience of quick shipment to my door! It’s great for the busy entrepreneurial lifestyle I live where some days can be a bit stressful, with the constant hustle and ‘always working’ mentality. Boosting my sleep cycle and mind’s ease, 2 thumbs up.

I was told to purchase this product to help me sleep because my pain keeps me up all night. Pretty pricey but I bought it just the same. I used it as directed for about 2 weeks and saw absolutely no results. Still couldn’t sleep due to the pain. I do not recommend this product for pain relief or assistance with mood or sleep.

Yes, it did help my sleep but within a couple of days of taking this medication my stomach became extremely upset. I quit taking it and my stomach cleared up.
