I've used it for about 4 days now. I was shocked that the flavor wasn't disgusting. It's actually pretty good. What's crazy is my son was constipated, and since its magnesium citrate, I gave him a tablespoon. And he was finally able to go with no problems. It's also been making it easier for me (sorry if its TMI lol) to go , and I didnt have a problem to begin with. I originally bought this because I had an allergy and deficiency test done and had low magnesium. I had been feeling pale and fatigued. The color has come back to my face, and my energy levels have picked up slightly. I know I'm lacking other vitamins as well, so hoping my energy levels really pick up once I take those as well. I would recommend. Strawberry flavor is good, gonna try the grape or blueberry next.

I use this all the time. So much better than huge pills and the strawberry flavor is over the top. The good way to take what is needed for bond health.

I was thankful to finally, find a liquid calcium citrate that was reasonably priced. Prior to Covid19, there was more to choose from. We've all been changed, in ways we could never have planned for. (My father & his mother both came down w/Spanish Flu, Denver, Co. She died, he was 2 1/2, who would have guessed)? The bottle arrived well packaged, especially since it's glass. Dark blue bottle to protect ingredients from lights (I'm assuming because it will need to be refrigerated after you open it, very important step) It's nice and thick, smells good, but I'll be honest, they've tried to help with the taste. It's not bad, but it's not enticing or tantalizing either lol. However, if it does the job and helps me build strong bones, fast. Especially for my pending surgery, I'll be super thrilled. (I turned 60, tripped & broke my hip... now I'm a crip...until they can whip in a replacement hip hahaha)! I'm toooo young, to be old)!!!!!

tastes good, however the bottle was all blown up and broken liquid spilled all over, requested my refund. it's just better to purchase at a physical location than have it delivered bc business doesn't wrap it up and secure bottle nicely

Short Version? I've been using this brand of liquid calcium for years because it's the only one that doesn't constipate me. Easy to swallow. I personally take it with a high dose Vitamin K and a regular amount of Vitamin D, but that's just me, hoping to slow down my early osteoporosis. Recommend!

I have used Lifetime Calcium Magnesium Orange Vanilla since 2006. I started taking it when I was having severe problems with neuropathy caused by chemotherapy for cancer. My doctor said I would probably have neuropathy the rest of my life. I started taking it along with Tropical Oasis Adult Liquid vitamins & minerals. (I combine the 2 and take it as 1 ounce per day [1/2 oz each] per directions). 2-3 months after I began taking both of these in 2006, my doctor asked me how the neuropathy was, and I realized it had gone. I had been getting the Life Calcium Magnesium from another site, but when I saw IHerb's price was better, I ordered it from them. It came well wrapped and instead of taking 5-7 days, it came within 36 hours. Couldn't ask for more. If they keep the price and quality high, they will have a customer from me for life.
