I liked the first two I purchased a few years ago so much, that I purchased two more. One for my coworker, and another for my mom. I'm in my 20s and I think it's important to engage my hands and reduce fatigue, especially since as a designer, my hands are always on the computer and mouse. As for my coworker and mother, they are both over 50. The coworker has rheumatoid arthritis and per her doctor's instructions, she has to work out her hand dexterity. She thought my device was cool, and so I purchased her one!I still have the ones I bought 3 or 4 years back. They work completely fine to this day. If anything, they've "softened" up, but work just as great. No complaints. Almost like breaking in new shoes-- When you try this grip strengthener straight out of the packaging, it may be bit too stiff or hard for you depending on your own strength. Be safe, do not over-exert yourself! For this reason, I gave my coworker the "softened" up grip strengthener from 3 years ago and kept the new one for myself. Personally, I absolutely love how I can adjust the intensity, the device is very well made, and the price is very affordable. Either way, if you'd like to strengthen your grip on a budget, I'd say this is the perfect device to start with. It's easy, ready to go-- Chuck it in your purse or backpack or keep it at your desk for short daily workouts!

Adjustable tension is super helpful, handles are comfortable when squeezing. Fairly durable, my last pair lasted almost 2 yrs. Minor downside: if you're a guy with huge hands, these grips might be a bit small for you.

So this is a great strength trainer. Once you get used to it any pain or weakness in your hands or forearms goes away. My grip feels better to. Also this is way better than a fidget spinner. Seriously if you or someone you know fidgets or has ADHD like me it's worth the money.A fidget spinner isn't going to strengthen your grip or arms.The settings for resistance is easy to adjust. The lowest being 10kg or 22 pounds. All the way to 60kg or 132 pounds.The 2 bad things I'm a big guy. 6'2 and it fits my hand perfectly. My hand fits in harge gloves tightly but I rather use xl for comfort. Hopefully that gives you an idea of the size grip. If it was a little bigger I'd have trouble. So if you have small hands this isn't for you. Don't bother.The second is the grip will blister your fingers. I used it for 20 minutes and skin started to rub off.Not a bad thing just an annoyance because you need workout gloves or tape your fingers up like I did.

For the price, if you're considering a gripper this is a must; it's very convenient and being able to VERY EASILY adjust the resistance is extremely convenient; you can warm up, adjust and then use all at once, I keep one in my car for when i'm driving

When I first saw this, I thought it was weird. Doesn't look like a typical grip. It's not! It's adjustable! Crazy? Right! You can grip it this way and that way and it works really well. But it's adjustable! You can crank it up to heavy and go at it till you can't. Just a few reps and you're done. Then you can crank it down and do a more aerobic set of reps. And it's nice to be able to do 2 hands at once. I would recommend.
