These casings are most popular for semi-dry cure bologna, thuringer, cappicola and mortadella. No refrigeration required. Store at room temperature. Casings are soaked in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon of salt before use. One 24" casing will holds 7-8 lbs of raw finished product, do not overstuff. 24" long. 10 casings per package. Not edible. Diameter: 3 7/8" when stuffed

Great buy, solid company.
You really can't go wrong with anything you order from The Sausage Maker. I ordered these collagen casings when my last order ran out, and find them a mainstay for curing meats. The customer service is great, and when these were missing from my original order they were quick to correct that mistake and get them shipped out to me. My only wish would be that they were on Amazon prime, but I respect that there are logistical reasons why they might not be. Overall: great buy!
