Does this dressing taste like the dressing that Terriaki restaurants use on their side salads?

Could be? Our Original Sesame Dressing is a sweet and tangy vinaigrette with a distinctive toasted sesame flavor and aroma. Our Original Sesame Dressing is a pretty close match to the dressing used in The Cheesecake Factory's Chinese Chicken Salad. Hopefully that's a useful point of reference. Please note our Original Sesame Dressing is nothing like the ginger/carrot/onion dressing used at Hibachi Steakhouses...this dressing has a stronger soy sauce flavor and is generally not very sweet. There's another type of dressing used at Japanese restaurants that is mayonnaise-based and has miso as the signature ingredient -- this creamy looking dressing tastes a lot like thousand island dressing (and is not at all similar to our Sesame Dressing).
