Fits my 8qt Instant Pot perfectly! Good quality!
Absolutely love this! It’s great for making stock and broth, cooking beets, potatoes, hard boiled eggs, the list is endless! No need for a strainer in a bowl then trying to pour out from the pot, just lift the strainer out and let the broth cool in the pot!

Great for cooking in the Instant Pot, but also useful as a multi-purpose kitchen strainer
I bought this basket primarily for my 8-quart Instant Pot, but can also use it in my 10-quart pressure cooker that is a different brand. It fits my 8-quart IP perfectly. If the handle seems loose, it can be tightened by taking it off the basket, stretching it a bit, and putting it back on the basket. After this it will stay tight. I have never put this basket into the dishwasher, and clean it with warm soapy water and a brush. So far, cleaning has been a breeze, and I have seen no signs of rust.Something else that I like about this steamer basket is that it can also be used as a strainer to rinse beans and to wash and drain fresh veggies. It has many more uses than just as a steamer in a pressure cooker.UPDATE 06/08/19:I have had this steamer basket for over a year, and, so far, there is absolutely no rust on it. It is the largest of my steamer baskets and fits my 8 qt. pressure cookers perfectly. Since I already have a few strainers of different sizes, and this is the largest of the baskets I have, I have been using this steamer basket primarily for steaming in an 8 quart Foodi.. Since I grow mushrooms and steam them for freezing, I have been using this steamer basket multiple times daily. It has become the only steamer basket that I use and, judging from my experience with it, would recommend it.UPDATE 02/01/20:I have had this steamer basket for over 18 months, and still no rust even though I use it in my pressure cooker at least twice a week to steam veggies that I grow indoors for my family. Since this basket uses most of the space available in the pressure cooker, I can steam large batches of veggies that I package for freezing. The advantage of steaming vs. blanching in water is that vitamins are retained in the foods, and you don't lose any of the vitamin content in the water.I used to saute my veggie greens with onions and garlic, and found that many of them developed a bitter aftertaste. Since I started steaming them, they have not had the bitter taste that previously had to be covered up with flavorings. To be honest, when I was sauteing my greens, I never tasted the onions and garlic anyway. By steaming the greens in the pressure cooker, and leaving out the onions and garlic, I save a lot of chopping time, and I don't have to babysit the greens as they wilt. I also save the cost of the garlic and onions I was using. All around a big plus for steaming greens in the pressure cooker. In addition, steaming greens save a lot of "hands-on" time. I used to stand over the stove sauteing greens and adding a handful at a time as the greens wilted. For a large batch of greens, this often took 45 minutes or more of my time. Now, I fill this basket over the top with cut greens, and steam them in the pressure cooker for 3-5 minutes depending on the thickness of the leaves. When they are done, I dump them into very large strainer to cool and drain, and set up the next batch. Once they are cooled, I package them for freezing. Not only is this so much easier, but steaming retains more of the nutrients in the greens and veggies and they all taste better.UPDATE 07/09/20:I have had this steamer basket for about 2 1/2 years now, and it is used two or more times every week. To-date, it still looks like new with absolutely rust and no damage to the netting. I do wash it by hand, but it cleans up so easily this isn't a problem for me.I hope this review was helpful for you. I will update it if my opinion of this steamer basket changes.
