Buy 1 or even 2 sizes up! I normally where a size xl in most other brands of wetsuits, I'm 6ft, 220lbs. I bought a 2xl based off of the other reviews, and the bottoms fit perfectly but the top is small, VERY tight, but it fits. If possible buy one size up pants and 2 sizes up top. Use plenty of conditioner or some other kind of lubricant. Hopefully with use the top will relax.
