Pleased with the chair, well worth the money and has helped me to improve my posture while working on my PC at home, not just of benefit for gamers.Further to my earlier review having used the chair for 16 months now one of the chair wheels has broken away from its setting which renders the chair useless. Have pushed the wheel back in and providing that I do not move the chair it then appears to remain 'relatively' stable but if I move it in any direction the wheel comes out of its fitting. I see that the chair is no longer on offer and doubt that there is anything other than a 12 month return policy so it is very unlikely I will be able to get it replaced so this is just a warning for anyone purchasing these chairs that there is a potential design flaw with the plastic setting that the wheels fit into in so much as they can 'break' and no longer provide the tight fit necessary to keep the wheel inserted into the chair stand.

When you open the zipper on the chair you will be surprized how bad is done. The sell it as a prime product but it is not. In the fisrt day a wheel cracked. The other wheels move very hard. The arms are annoying and moves they are not stable. I will probably return it. Imagine if in 2 days happened this what can happen in 3 months.

My 13 year old son absolutely loves this chair, the added bonus of the massager. The quality is really good after reading so many reviews, driving myself insane. I chose this one and do not regret it. Had it for nearly 2 months.
