Bow defective
I sent this to my Grandson for his birthday and it arrived just fine. The bow is defective though. They couldn’t get the hair to stay in the bow. They took it to 3 neighbors who seriously play the violin and the bow could not be fixed. Update: the seller sent a complete new violin, bow and case. Fantastic customer service!

Terrible Violin
The violin would not tighten the strings to tune. The bow completely fell apart after the first use on the violin. The case started falling apart as well. All within the first 8 hrs of owning. Also, the rosin was not included as advertised.
