Hi I have had an offer of a full refund but I have just managed to roll back the firmware that somehow got onto my printer possibility due to having to do a reset , cartridges are working fine again so thank you to Kingway great customer service AStarHi i have used several sets of these kingway HP953 cartridges for a while now but the set i am running ran out of Cyan so put in the cyan from the set bought on 13 Aug 2023 an it will not work comes up with not a HP cartridge and will not print at all tried to find a way to tell kingway but finding a way through amazon maze is impossible can anyone help Cheers

Quality of print varies greatly, they started ok, but continually block, and when you can get the working the colours are washed out, even the black.**UPDATE** 14/01/2018After using these cartridges for several months, I have become thoroughly fed up with the continual print head blockages!As I write this I am having to clean the print head yet again, as Cyan and BK cartridges have completely ceased to function, I have never had to clean the print head so many times on a printer ever before in fact, all the other printers I have ever owned, have been replaced before reaching anywhere near as many head cleans as I have to do every month since starting to use these ink cartridges. I have even found that when cleaning with these cartridges they can cause blockages in the previously working inks while attempting to clean the others.**01/03/2018 UPDATE**AVOID AVOID AVOID! It is now looking like I will have to buy a new printer due to the blockages caused by this ink.

After reading reports of non HP cartridges not working and not to update software etc etc I thought for such a reasonable price I would have a go and purchased them,they worked straight away no problems at all print quality is fine so yes good value for money.

How good are they remains to be seen. Installed easily, results look good. Being cheap ink will the printer nozzles dry out if the printer is not used for a period of time? others I have used dry out. Only time will tell. If you want photos printing, I doubt the ink is stable enough to stop the photo fading over time, I would consider light stable printing from a professional company. I believe these ink cartridges will be good if you are a high user.

Kingsway replaced my cartridges after I had experienced problems of my printer recognising chipset. New cartridges work perfectly. Have been using their cartridges for some time and will continue to do so. Will purchase another set - tremendous value for money

Back in January I bought a multi-pack of the 953XL cartridges for my HP printer. Whilst I used the colour ones almost immediately (and they worked fine), I did not require the black until now. It simply doesn't register and my printer tells me that this cartridge is blocked. Not very useful, especially as I run a small business. It's a real problem and not very impressive as like all these things it needed changing just at the wrong moment, in a rush for an appointment.

My first set last 4 years, I am in infrequent home user as it is more a back-up printer. This second set I brought lasted about 6 months and did less than 100 pages and it is already running out. Seems the ink inside has dried out

The cartridges were not accepted by my printer. I tried to return but missed the deadline.The vendor saw my review, offered a full replacement and replaced within 48 hours.Problem with a printer update caused an issue, but the vendor sorted it pretty quickly.I was really annoyed at the problems initially, but the seller sorted them very quickly.Really happy with the outcome.
