I used HCG to lose about 30 lbs, it worked very well for me. the Hcg protocol is very strict, I gained back ten, and could not face a month of chicken salad. The long HCG protocol daunted me. I have a relative comming to town, so I can stop this for a day or two, no problems.Instead of HCG I thought to try this, it really does depress appetite, and you do eat a lot less. I'm a big snacker!!!!!! work out a lot and still didn't loose weight that fast in short time!!!! then I came a cross with Alcachofa .....I read the reviews and still I was skeptical ... then decide to try it!!! wow the minute I took the alcachofa with orange juice or any other type of juice (just make let you know still you can taste a little of the flavor but not big deal!!) as soon as you notice the big change on food habit for more healthier the weird flavor does not matter anymore then here I'm no craving for food at all ,.... I stop snacking !!!! just ate my regular meal I used serve my self two dishes now i serve my self a huge dish and still dont finished it . You feel full super easy and believe you can see the food and you will not wanted it ..I was so surprise !!! you have no idea until you take it... then I wasn't hungry anymore then I have to make sure I eat lol I wasnt loosing half a pound per day with out exercise (i stop exercising so I know is not because I was working out) then now Im ordering my second box Btw i stop using the alcachofa for three or 4 days the 3rd day that i wasnt taking the alcachofa i start craving like crazy again!!!!! so now I will take the alcachofa and work out and see how much weight I loose .. I promise keep u update it!!!!

I've been taking the product for about four days, and so far I have not seen a huge difference. I do feel it helps with curbing appetite, but I'm not sure if it is the ingredients or the fact that I'm drinking it on an empty stomach with a full glass of water; nonetheless, I am feeling less hungry in the morning. I do think it tastes better when I add a touch of honey to the mixture. I will resubmit a review when I have finished my two week supply to see if I see any other benefits. Note, I watch everything I eat already and I exercise 6 days a week, so I am using this as a health supplement.

I hate this product mainly because it comes in a glass bottle that you have to BREAK to open!! I am not going to use up this product! There is a possibility that a piece of glass is in your dose! I also asked the seller for a refund. The seller would not even work with me at all. I will also never buy from them again!!! I once was served a slice of pie in a restaurant with a sliver of glass on the plate. It will always remind me to watch out for glass in any edible items. Hate the seller and product!!

Its okay, but so far, I haven't lost any weight and will it. It does cleanse the system which is good. Product is hard to open, seller is good.

If you need to lose weight quickly for an event, this might be the way to go. It curbed my appetite completely. I didn't eat until I was getting woozy b/c I was simply forgetting to eat! I steadily lost 2 lbs a day for about 7-8 days. But then it stopped and I kept taking the stuff.Think though . . . to lose weight and KEEP IT OFF, this is not the way to go. (BTW, once I stopped taking it, I gained all the weight back)I stopped taking it b/c at 20$ a box, this is a $60/month gig, and the gym is half the cost with MUCH BETTER AND LONGER LASTING results!

I have been taking these ampules for about 3 weeks now, I went from 153 pounds to 140 I lost a total of 13 lbs, and people have really noticed it!!I also was very skeptical about it, since almost everything out there is usually drugs to curb the appetite that make you jittery and you don't know what else it can affect...well I started taking them after I saw a friend loose weight and inches from her body, so now that I am taking them I have seen it myself, of course I am doing better portion control, drinking a lot of water, doing more exercise etc, so everything has helped really but what has surprised me a lot is the desinterest I now have for food, I used to love junk food and sweets specially, now is like just looking at food makes me nauseated literally, i am eating better and with the help of these ampules, i can make better choices 'cause I don't feel like I am starving..I will continue taking them until I come to my desired weight 130.tks

I try this product and I really like it for energy, didnt, t loose any weight though, is no for me probably my system workdifferent I have insomnia and keep me up for a couple days wich was no good I was very tired the day after.I have too much energy that I could find what to do with it. I want to loose weight I drink plenty water during the day .
