This review is to answer all the questions had but none of the reviews answered.Why this razor over the dozens of others? I wanted an electric trimmer that was good for bikini lines. I looked at a lot of options and read a lot of reviews both on and off Amazon. I decided that I wanted a foil head so I could do legs too. That really limited my options. I decided to get this one because Panasonic is a reputable brand and the others not so much. However, I was reluctant because I have tried epilators in the past and did not like them. I was hopeful that this would be different because of the extra features like sped, guards and wet/dry.Epilator: I first tried the epilator on dry skin. Too painful even with gentle cap on. So I tried it wet with shower gel. Still really painful and not very effective. It left more hair than removed and that was after many passes. I was like, not doing that again. A few days later I tried the foil razor on dry skin, and I followed up with the epilator. The pain was tolerable and picked up what the razor missed. I think the epilator will be good with regular use, when hair growth is minimal.Foil Razor: does a decent job a legs. Better than other electric razors I have tried. Not as smooth and a multi blade razor, but it is a lot faster. Following up with the epilator helped get the hairs that were left behind. The razor does an ok job on knees.Bikini trimmer. Does a good job. Without the guard it gets pretty close to the skin. It’s obviously not as smooth as a wax would be. With the guard, you can trim the more sensitive areas without injury or irritation.All things considered I am happy with this item and its features. I have very sensitive skin and other methods of hair removal are problematic. This irritates my skin less than traditional razors.

Face users: please read through review to last paragraph.This has the most tweezers in available products on Amazon. This feature is why I thought it would be the perfect choice. Unfortunately some basic design flaws were deal breakers.The power switch starts the slowest speed, you have to run up two more speeds to turn it off. This is a problem especially if it catches on something. With the bikini cover or “smallest opening cap” it grabbed some of my skin. I am thin and have a “few” wrinkles. The instructions do say to pull your skin firmly. However it did happen. It left some “marks”. Having to power UP to shut the device off did not help.A fully charged device “might” make it through one shower use on legs. It needed to be charged before the next use. Charging is simple with an easily found plug on the bottom of handle.It is noisy but you get used to it. It cleans up easily but the main tweezer head holds water. I would spin the water out, shake the tweezer head and still have to leave it out, on a towel, to dry. Several attachments or covers come with the set. I used the “smallest opening” the most.The face: I have well aged skin and I am no super model. Trying it on my face was why I purchased it. We all know shaving our legs works great. It is the facial hair we abhor. I used it on my face over several weeks. You really have to go around and around in different directions. It takes more than a few minutes to do this. Make sure your head hair is well tied back. Of course it grabbed some of my head hair once and got stuck. I did see results on the upper lip area. I did not see such good results on the finer facial fuzzies. The amount of time it takes, the possibility of grabbing a lip, and the poor results on the finer facial hair, make purchasing this device a No.

There are things about this product I positively LOVE!1. Swiveling head, next to unheard of in an epilator2. Dual barrel, in my experience always more efficient (if also just a bit more intense)Major problems:1. Another proprietary charger (always a thumbs down, just use the industry standard)2. The power of this unit is a PITTANCE in comparison to other brands. My Philips epilator is an absolute work horse and if it gets ahold of a hair you best believe it's coming OUT. This unit tugged and yanked on hair plenty, but couldn't pull the coarse, stubborn hair out with any consistency.Overall, 1/5. If anything it barely accomplishes the base function, and bells/whistles don't matter if it can't keep up with competitors on base capability.

Llevo años usando este tipo de depilador y esta me encanta! Hasta hoy la mejor que he probado. Es la segunda que compro del mismo modelo. La primera duró un año y se rompió el cabezal, la segunda la sigo usando y ya ha pasado más de año. Se carga rápido pero si usas en velocidad máxima tiene un rendimiento de 1h aprox. Uso y recomiendo 10/10

I have had 2 braun silk epils for years. I wasn't in the market for a new epilator, but saw this with the 2 heads and thought I'd give it a try! I have to say I love it. I will say, it's worse at going around my knees so I will keep my old Brauns for that.I love the 2 heads, I feel it gets so many more hairs and my legs feel more smooth. I like that is has the light to help you see the fine hairs and stubble. I like that is has 3 speeds, I use top speed as I have been using epilators for years, but for a beginner this feature will be fantastic. The rotating head is wonderful, it always keeps the epilator against your skin at the right angle.I did get quite a good pinch around my knee. I didn't read the instructions first (my mistake) and it recommends not using around your knees, so I just use my old epilator there.I like that it's cordless, great feature so I am not tethered to the wall in the bathroom.I am completely happy I decided to give this one a try!I cannot yet speak to longevity, or battery life as this is a recent purchase, I have had it about a month, and used it twice.

I'm very pleased with this shaver. It does a great job. Haven't figured out how to use the epilator function but it shaves close enough that I may not bother with the epilator.
