Boardwalk cruisin', right?!
Exactly what I was looking for, you know, when you get 20,000 tickets from the skee ball machine at the arcade on the shore but the carney is bustin' your chops and won't give you the stuffed panda that your broad really wants and tells you that you can only get 50 parachute men, 30 sticky slappy hands, a Puddle of Mudd visor or a pink ladies Fox Racing decal. Decal is boss, but pink? Carney's totally tryin' to steal your girl. You knock his middle school wiseguy face into the bin full of silly erasers because you've totally been carbo and creatine loading to build mass. Go home and smash. Parachute men out of your sunroof down the highway, and you dwell on the existential metaphor of your wasted sperm. Doesn't matter; had sex. Got six dozen quality parachute men in the mail for an awesome price; it was a good weekend.

So happy I bought these - definitely a bargain! Good quality too!
Photo is a very good representation of what I received, although colors are not evenly distributed across the 72 pcs. Strings come attached and each paratrooper is kept neat with a rubber band around each one. Used these for Valentine's Day treats from my 7-year-old boy to his classmates and after-school program friends. What a bargain and my son is thrilled with how they came out. He's going to be proud to pass them out to his friends. Helpful Tip: To package these paratroopers into treats/party favors, you will need 4x6 clear plastic party baggies. I printed a blue sky/white clouds background and cut to size. Slipped the background into the baggie, then placed the paratrooper in the bag in front of the background. Folded the top of the baggie and sealed it with a pre-printed label and voila! Looked incredible and the best part is that the 50+ treats I needed cost me less than $15 all-in.

The chutes are very good quality and so are the men but they don't weigh enough. I took a few and cut them from their chute and tied them with another one with a little rubber band so they are double the weight under the Chute. So far after doing this they really starting working good. There's 72 in a package so if you do what I did you'll have about 36 chutes. Overall pretty decent if you double the wieght like I did. Worth the money.

Disposable, tiny, delivered the message
I rigged these to jump from ceiling fans, shelves and other hidden places in my living room when I surprised my wife with a gift certificate for skydiving. They're garbage, throw-away, tangled messes after 1 use, but you knew this already. They server the purpose that I needed them for. For other buyers, you should really not that these are the mini paratroopers and not the large, throw-in-the-air-over-and-over-all-day-long kind. They hardly have any mass at all making throwing them a frustrating exercise. Dropping them from heights seems to work ok.

Smaller than thought
My kids have gotten toys like this before in birthday gift bags so when it was time for their birthday party they wanted to get these for their party bags. These parachute men are a lot smaller than others I've seen. I was expecting them to be a little bigger to take up more space in the gift bags but they are very little. It didn't matter to the kids they had fun throwing them off of the balcony of the second floor in the house and watching them "fly".

Great for pinatas!
I got these little guys to add to a pinata as an alternative to candy. They are little (easy to stuff into the pinata hole) and I think the kids will have a lot of fun getting them and throwing them off the playset to see them float. We might even have a contest at the birthday party to see whose will "fly" the farthest.

Great little toy for 10 cents a peice. ALREADY ATTACHED is the great thing.
The last "hollow set" I bought for 4 bucks was junk. Would not fly. But these use a lighter more flexible plastic for the chutes . And even though the troopers are small THEY actually have some weight. A load of fun and probably great for stocking stuffers and on Hallloween.

They work!
Bought for my science kids. They are the traditional small parachute toys and glide down nicely.
