This is an excellent faucet. I mainly purchased this one for my 2-half bath renovations as my main bathroom had this installed from Lowes' home services. I like the unit but over the years I noted the faucet does build up gunk around base over the years if not cleaned. This isn't a problem as I am always trying to keep sink's clean. I do think this faucet is better than a lot of the newer Moen designs out now. For install, i did hope this to be idiot-proof and for the most part it was. The faucet does not include supply lines or putty like some other brands do. It said so on the listing and I knew from prior experience but really wanted them included to save me an additional purchase. The instructions seem easy. Not having much experience at all with PVC I really needed a pro to finish my plumbing but the sink portion was a no brainer.

When we replaced our bathroom faucets, our plumber recommended this product. It is well built with brass components. It comes in a plain box intended for professional use. As our plumber explained, faucets sold at box stores have plastic components and are not as high of a quality as these. He handed me the faucet and I was surprised by the weight.

Absolutely great looking faucet. I wanted to change out the generic chrome trim that came with the new build that I bought a couple years ago and this fit perfectly with my taste/style. There was nothing tricky about installing these, took about 30 minutes each to take the old ones out and put in these. I wanted to update the look so when I sell in a year or two it had more visual appeal and value. These fit the bill perfectly, they give the bathroom a more personal look. You can definitely buy fancier and nicer faucets but since I'm selling in a couple years, I'm not going to spend too much money. So for the price, I don't think you can find much better. Easy installation - followed directions. I did have a leak at the down drain but tightened the washers and resolved. Good quality faucet. No quality defects in packaging or unpackaging of unit. This faucet is on the higher end cost side.

A couple of years ago I had replaced a powder room sink faucet with a Moen Banbury. Had gone with less expensive for the powder room than Branfords I had used in master & guest en-suite baths. The Banbury drain pipe holes never meshed well with sink overflow (below the sink drain) which resulted in scummy accumulation around the drain pipe that created odor issue. And the gasket around the pop-up drain tended to hinder the last of the water from draining from the sink. This Brantford is higher quality metal (vs lots of plastic). It feels & looks nicer & drains more efficiently. (I also paired it with a Moen china sink.)

This was a great faucet with a major problem; not enough water pressure to activate our on-demand tankless hot water heater to come on. I looked into some solutions including buying a higher-flow aerator. Before spending any more money I decided to unscrew and take apart the aerator this came with. I used the edge of a knife to pop off the white mesh top and then removed this pink part (see pic) and then put it back together and screwed it back in. The water flows better now and we get rapid hot water. I'm not sure how I feel about "saving" water as water doesn't get destroyed, just recycled. So saving water isn't important to me like saving energy, etc. is but I think I actually use less water now because I'm not running it forever trying to get hot and the soap rinses off much faster. Trust me, just remove this pink disk and it works much better.

These are beautiful. And turning on and off is so smooth like butter! Look awesome, would order again.

Looks fantastic, easy to install. Fits in perfectly with the rest of my decor. Brand has an outstanding (deserved) reputation. I can't think of anything to say against it.

As advertised, oil rubbed bronze is rich looking, the taps are beautiful and well made.
